WhoIsYourDaddy Posted March 18, 2020 Report Posted March 18, 2020 (edited) Issue Being Reported: Stuck at downloading resource package list I am stuck at this screen, the download will not continue. Can you help me? It is like this for all servers not just Eclipse. So far I have tried; - Deleting client_resources - Restarting game - Typing /reload and trying to reconnect via F1 - Adding exception on the firewall - Re-installing RAGE - Re-installing GTA V I can not try the VPN solution because my ISP blocked all VPN softwares out there. If you know a good one you can tell me in PM. I have looked at everything on the internet but there is no solution to this problem. I'm open to your suggestions.
