I park my truck safely at the carpark lot and lock it, after a few minutes driving off with my car I will receive a notification from Mors Insurance to revive the truck. Another scenario is I park the truck at the carpark lot and I exit it to disconnect when I login back the truck despawn and respawn above me and explode. There's a GTA:N streaming bug, that randomly destroys vehicles, when a player gets into streaming proximity.
