Yikes Tesco Express is overpriced in my opinion. Just for scale papadons store near taco was bought for 4m and that’s in the city also wanted refresh sold for 3.5m. No way I would drop 6m or 5.5m on a store so far out. That store realistically is worth around 3-4m. I’m hoping there are other businesses up for sale!

Hoping I see anything else that people are willing to part with. 1

Two stores recently near the town sold 7-8m. Wanted refresh was sold within friends, the original owner gave it to his friend for a very low price. Good luck though, hope something comes up for you mate.
