The price is set for 1.5 mill at the front door. Its a 3G with a small front yard, driveway and if you walk to the side you enter its backyard wioth a big pool! 1

I am not that know with prices sadly. I havent bought houses since they went up this much. The 3G I have in Vinewood was 260K back than and a lot has changed, so I am not the best person to give you price indications. 1
