[TRADE] Locust for Hellfire

I got a pretty much maxed out Locust. Missng 1 or 2 steps in breaks.
Car's value 450 + about 100 in mods.
Got the car in a trade-in deal, not really interested in spending time to try sell it since high-end market is stuffed.

Anyone want to trade for a Hellfire?, maxed or money in between.
Trade will be done at the Bank with CCTV and witnesses.
