Expected behavior: Time of day to be resynced when entering or exiting a property. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: When you enter a property, such as https://i.imgur.com/CPVzY6c.png your time of day is set to night and will remain night until you reconnect to the server, die or enter another property such as a house or loan office to correct your game's time of day for what it is suppose to be.
