Mobbster
I don't know if anyone has talked about this, but here goes... I noticed early on that at the end of a hand in the poker on the server, it will show everyone's hand regardless of how it was played. If someone folds before any cards are put on the table, their hand is not supposed to be shown. The cards are only shown at the end when all 5 cards have been put up on the board. For example, if there are 3 people still in the hand for the final card and all 3 call the final bet, the person who made the bet that was called by everyone will show their cards first. After that, the next guy will only show his cards if he can beat that guy. The players will continue to show their cards only if they have the best hand so far, so the last guy wouldn't have to show his hand if he cannot beat the top hand. Donovan
I am not sure how would this affect any game of poker since they are shown when the round is done anyways?

Well, basically, that's the rules of poker, and it can give you info you can use in future hands on how a guy plays.
Brawnkoh
Let me preface by stating that I do not play poker IG (I do however have quite a bit of experience ooc). So I don't know if at the end of the hand all hands are shown or not, but if they are..... Folded hands should never be shown. When someone mucks their cards (discards them by folding), they go back into the pile. Nobody but the one who had them is supposed to know what they were. He's right on this one. As mentioned, if you fold before the river and you were bluffing. Everyone gets to see that you were bluffing, even though you folded your cards. It's not how Texas Hold 'Em is played. Texas Hold Em is as much about outplaying and/or using misinformation against the other people at the table as it is getting a good hand.
