Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/227133580730433537/618456553854599188/unknown.png I also reported the issue in game and spoke to a support. I confirmed that I was at the right place. I restarted my game. I typed /quitjob. I got another job and typed /quitjob. I walked up to the spot and pressed y/e even though the prompt wasn't there.
