No place to sign up for mining job

Issue/bug you are reporting: I cant sign up for the mining job

Expected behavior:  There should be a prompt to become a miner, shown right where I am looking in the screenshot, but it isn't there.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:

I also reported the issue in game and spoke to a support. I confirmed that I was at the right place. I restarted my game. I typed /quitjob. I got another job and typed /quitjob. I walked up to the spot and pressed y/e even though the prompt wasn't there. It also wasn't there for my friend who came up to the mine with me.

you don't need to sign up to become a miner just go inside a mine and that's it.
