I tried disabeling steam overlay and following the troubleshooting guide, without luck. I spawn next to the Police Station. Evidence (optional): Yeah once you have loaded into the multiplayer menu, you cannot do alt+enter. You must do alt+enter when gta is loading up, otherwise it'll keep crashing.
