It holds 2 cars, has seen some slight renovations and is in a fantastic location, being close to the bank, Los Santos Customs and in a generally central area in the city. I am in no rush to sell this apartment but will consider reasonable offers. It is also on the ground floor, meaning there is no need to run up flights of stairs every time you need to get in.
