Activation link not working - "Could not find active code!"

I did the quiz a while ago now and recently received the account verification email.

However the activation link isn't working, it just brings me to a page that says "Could not find active code!".

I've tried to ask in the discord for help but had no luck,

I'd really appreciate some assistance with this issue,
