You can chill with friends or use it as a business hub, or you can rent it out as an income. You can store your items in a hidden stash spot that you can relocate to anywhere in the house. you can give any of your friends a key so they can use it also. It's basically a base of operations to start from, so you're not having to live in your car or pockets all the time.
