Add More Room to High End

With the influx of new players and our server population increasing, it would be helpful to add some more spots to high end car dealership. I don't see any downsides and in terms of realism there are a ton of open parking spots there.

I think increasing the spaces in the meantime would be easier but yea that sounds good as well.

I think they should increase the max limit of low-end and increase the minimum limit of high end.

Seeing vehicles like Brioso and Cheburek at High End kind of defeats the point. You go to Low End and it's hardly ever full.

Don't need to increase space, just distribute the cars more.
