(300 words maximum) so I was in active chase as i always like to do, bearing in mind i am still within city limits at the southern point of the hills, id 129 here was constantly on me trying to get beside or close enough to hit me, i was able to weave away from most of them, but this example here is sufficient to show what was happening, i drove into a dead end to drift back around trying to slow them down, as i have turned my vehicle, id 129 uses his regular cruiser as a ramming mobile to try and stop me from exiting, he claims it was a 'perfectly executed pit', but my definition of a pit is a bit more of a skillful manoeuvre than what was given to me. resulting in me being red engined and at a lesser chance to make an escape from these cops, the chase finally ended by the same reporting party, yet again ramming me into a tree, unfortunately my recording was unable to capture that part but as soon as i was arrested i kindly pm'd the officer to save his pov. evidence of rule break(s): https://medal.tv/games/gta-v/clips/nf5Yz0sQ8C5eCxds2?invite=cr-MSxMVm8sNjczNjM5NDQ3 sorry for my loudass keyboard Edited 8 hours ago by joshua philips Quote

Joshua_Phillips might have forgotten that literally one to two minutes before this, after doing a swap from a meta vehicle (Elegy RH7) to another meta vehicle (Issi Sport), he was boxed in and elected to run over and almost kill an officer. We elected to prolong the situation by not immediately mag-dumping his car which was used as a lethal weapon against a peace officer, but needless to say that after a vehicle swap, an attempted murder of an officer, and about fifteen minutes since the pursuit started, pursuit tactics will be elevated. I don't see any head-on rams or anything that would be more dangerous than what the reporter did throughout the pursuit, including brake checking officers over 20 times, such as when he "gets rammed" at 0:08, you can see him holding S which is how a player abuses desync to stall the vehicle behind them. joshua philips Posted 8 hours ago Author Report Posted 8 hours ago bit confused as to why jason steel here is commenting when he is not the reporting party, but nonetheless, I think its fair to say theres a fine line between an ic issue and a rule break, the officer decided to try and taze me, standing right in my path with cruisers either side of me, leaving me no option but to run him over to make my escape, (completely within my rights and rules to do so) but on the reporting parties end, he qiute literally rammed me, (not allowed), head on ram, side on ram, blah blah, a ram is a ram plain and simple, and im also being accused of holding s to desync vehicles behind me??, interesting, im not sure if your keybinds are the same, but my s key is my break, and if youre behind me at a close distance, i am going to hit my s key to break check you in the hopes that you stall out, (again, completely within my rights to do so) thank you Quote

Diddern Posted 7 hours ago Report Posted 7 hours ago (edited) Id 129 here, I responded to a traffic stop on the reporting party where a pursuit was initiated. The suspect crashed, stalled, ran me over and continued evading. The suspect performed a car drop. Crashed, stalled again and proceeded to inflict damage on his own vehicle by brake checking. The pursuit ended after the suspect traveled at low speeds and was PIT into a tree, stalling, jammed in between my «regular cruiser»(fitted with a ram bar btw) and a tree I am extremely confused as of what I am being reported for as the reporting party has failed to provide a specific rule that was broken when filling out the format I will go ahead and assume that the reporting party thinks I non-rp rammed(which I have no clue what is). But at any point I was in contact with the reporting party was either: When they were brake checking me (causing their own vehicle damage) or whilst they were stationary, attempting to box them in. I believe as I titled and specified in the rules broken it was NRP. Hope you know what the specific rule I am reporting you for now. It also seems you also like to add irrelevant information as your companion mr steel above, again repeating the fact I ran you over, and break checking which is all completely fine. And I guess you ramming me whilst I was stationary is an act to try and box me in, if I am stationary why not slowly try to block me exiting rather than ramming me into a wall?
