Suken Posted 8 hours ago Report Posted 8 hours ago (edited) Character or Account name(s): Jayden Berkowitz Admin who issued the decision: ronin Date of decision: 28/7/2026 Decision received: report denied Reason given for decision: Your explanation of what happened: rp interaction with player trying to buy a drag bike Why should your appeal be accepted?: Hey , sorry for doing appeal but i just think this report was mainly focused on the other party response based more than the intial rp so report itself mentioned that the rp that the other party provided wasn't valid and that it wasn't detailed for the rp that i had the ownership. i think this isn't the way it should be looked into as the rp i did is the main part not his response so i believe it falls under lot of rp done daily and i feel unjustified that the other party didn't rp the part of handing over the keys and papers in his rp even though it is clearly stated in the rp that i will take it from him and then hand him the cash + car so in this case it is already detailed and by signing = agreement to the rp stated. lot of daily interactions from players doesn't need that detailed of response to proceed as a player frisking other player (Player x attempts to frisk player y / Would player x manage ? player y yes and after that he found money in his pockets would that stop player x from taking his money ? no it doesn't need to be detailed response as that player x will search his front left pocket and etc i feel the way this report was looked into was one-sided and it was the side of the other party that haven't done the main Rp of the interaction which in such case my RP should be the main point not the opposite. rp done and response means agreement to the rp i have said another example player x attempts to cuff player y hands player y says agree and then player y proceed to pull out his knife and stap player x and when the report gets looked into it will not be rule break as player y didn't state that his both hands would be in cuffs and etc same as in my case ( which in such case it won't be ruled like that ) i don't need a detailed response from the other party to my already detailed rp to make it valid agreement is agreement. Post any evidence or further details: Checking the examples would clear a bit of the way the rp should have gone through and since i had the ownership papers and keys first rply it wouldn't matter if the other party signed with whatever name as that wouldn't invalidate the rp as i have the documents needed agreement means rply the switch occured so that what should be done next is just some commands to be typed and of course because that is the way the script works stating the i handed him the money and icly i got scammed how is it icly if oocly the switch occured // Saying that the other party agreed to the rp and then invalidate it doesn't make sense aswell (( Example attempts to take id 20 mask off and id 20 replies manage and then id 20 refuses to take it off stating the he didn't say that he wouldn't move his head and stay still in the rp invalidates it)) the tons of examples part of me trying to explain the pov from different situations that would have been ruled the opposite of what happened in this report Edited 8 hours ago by Suken Quote
