How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
There was an OOC sit down between members of Bennys, PD, Jwitt, Aieos, Astrx, and Aleks to go over recent tension about Benny's workers and PD. After the lengthy discussion, a consensus was formed for Benny's workers to please repair PD cars and to send Aleks any footage of either workers refusing to repair PD cars or PD being rude to Benny's workers and the OOC sit down was canceled and rp resumed. 

Not even 3 minutes later David TheAngel stole a Shinobi and Laurant Conrad and Ying_Lee began to follow him around with Ying_Lee needing a repair afterwards.  Bennys workers and various other people at Benny's began to kick the police cruiser of Ying_Lee who then stepped out and immediately began getting tackled and punched by the players listed despite no interaction with any of them. I  waited to see if they were just being silly late at night and realized they were not going to stop tackling and hitting the officer on the ground without any motive at all so I had my character Laurant Conrad shoot and down one of the aggressors [ID 33] and stop the attempted murder. 

Multiple people went into /b complaining about the lack of demands and throwing comment about W's and Ronny_Miguel[13] decided to tackle the officer again with his arms raised while the Officer was applying handcuffs while Andre_Banks [46] picked up the injured person and ran him away using a faction vehicle to run away from a potential arrest. 

I originally was not going to post this report and had sent the footage to the admins mentioned above but after more consideration decided to make the report since the OOC sit down conversation appeared to have done nothing and mere minutes later this was the resulting rp following that convo.  I am frustrated at this rp.

wtf are we doing what is this petty report? did you forget you on your cop character? what is this nrp nonsense! you could've done so many things but you decided to just spray him down from your driver sit like a thug and never to arrest him or anyone else ,actually if I remember correct you even said sorry and you dont want to arrest no body. idk maybe you thought you on your crim character but even if that was true I still believe you need a bit more realistic escalation to shoot someone like that even as a crim. Its still crazy to me that you sprayed him down like that infront of so many people and didnt arrest no one, like what are we doing sir, are we just shooting for our ego?

Hey there, Its Ying Lee here the person who was involved in from LEO side but my point is going to be neutral to neutralize the situation and not taking side of anyone.
 

As i believe, This report that i’m involved in is not needed, i believe there is no need for the report and its petty and we should all respect the community and not report over very little thing as this create unhealthy friction between community members and we should avoid that.

Hello! I am ID 15, also part of the leadership team of rooks. Recently theres been a lot of issues between us but it has not reached the forums to this extent. Simply put there are ways to reach out to people in rooks or criminal FM to get your point across besides reporting like this ... seems rather petty but to each their own. Ying_Lee is a member of the rooks faction on his criminal. As such I highly doubt he was insisting on this report along with you. "Boys being Boys" behavior is what is going on here. 

I wish you would have reached out to everyone on your side involved before reporting. You dont call for backup, you dont seem very concerned about arresting the individual either. Hopefully staff sees this as a petty report and simply moves on. Have a great weekend and I hope to not see another report like this ever again. No need for a forum war. Thanks staff team!
