(300 words maximum) PD conducted a traffic stop near Bennys, and a few of us ran up to spectate - Jason Steel thought it's acceptable to run me over and cuff me without any RP, or any interaction whatsoever - he started to cuff me - and only after he cuffed me, did he say he was going in for a cuff. I really don't see how this sort of role play is "positive" to anyone at all, even himself. all this does is promote the "w-cop" sort of concern that's common within the server. I'm not intending to be toxic etc, but i think this sort of stuff coming from a chief, none the less, is absolutely insane.
