Ricky here, this all started when we were fighting these individuals at LFB and the paragon was seen around the area but disappeared, we killed 3 of the members from prophets and as cops began to third party we started to fight & scramble.

This is when it’s called over the radio that Ernestas was seen dead at city parking with a person wearing Red and the same paragon that was not seen until now. We weren’t aware Damon was one of the 3 members from prophets we had initially killed and thought it was him who killed Ernestas and sat in the paragon. We then decided to fight the paragon as we had reason to believe it was him who had killed Ernestas as we did not see the Paragon R again until after we killed the 3 prophets, he was swiftly killed without me getting a chance to shoot my gun. He then says he was NLR’d in /b and I said we would take him to MD but a fight had broken out with another gang making us unable to save him at the time.

He contacted me over discord to get his guns back and when we were about to give him his guns & solve things ooc’ly he just decided to report us

Hi,

I think the answer to the question of WHY I was shooting at the bike is pretty self explanatory from the footage provided by both people so far and Ricky Perro summed up the situation already. To add, we also saw 43 near the dead body whilst ID 40 was pick locking the bike. As you can see in the footage, the vehicle STEERED directly into us, making myself and the passenger think he was trying to hit us off our bike to which we returned fire. 

This moment is seen in Ricky's footage at 1:21. And this moment is seen in the reporting party's footage at 0:03. I'm sure other POV's provided will show the exact same. In the reporting party's POV it's seen that he's looking backwards, but he does STEER directly into us, we have no way of telling which way he was looking and perceived his turning of the steering wheel, directly into us and making our bike jump because of this contact, as a clear hostile action and I don't see how that can be explained any other way.

Also, from my knowledge, they tried to settle the loss between them even though I still believe we had a valid reason to shoot him as he steered into us, which is by the way the only reason we shot, but the report was already put up (within like 20 minutes). I'd also like to add a small note to keep in mind whilst reviewing this report, all these people do is "bait fights" on a daily, multiple times a day even, and now they're once again lingering around one of our members dead body not moving, in my opinion trying to start something again even though they just died to a fight with us (already being kitted up again too) and then go screaming NLR NLR when they're down after he rammed us, but they stayed with our dead member even though they shouldn't interact with us, and then he also tried to ram us off the bike (which is how we viewed it) so yea... I think there's something to say regarding breach of NLR from both prophets here aswell. And if you start a new situation, don't claim NLR afterwards either....

This is regarding ID 43 on the BF400 who just stands near the dead loco in the middle of the road and goes to argue Ricky in /b that he should leave the bike for NLR???? And ofcourse the reporting party, ID 37 who is literally sitting right next to his dead body... for a prolonged period of time.

I just wanted to say both Ricky's and Luca's Responses sum it up since I was on the back of Lucas bike at the time we had experienced the same thing.

One thing id like to mention is that after the reporting party was full killed by me I attempted to Solve it OOC but he had reported us before the situation was over literally within 10 minutes. I do although believe I had rights to kill him anyways , I was just trying to avoid any unnecessary hassle over forums exactly like this. I was going to allow his friend to take him to MD but due to the fact another gang was fighting us and cops came too I needed to grab his loot so I could fight back since I had only a .50 with a few bullets left on me 

Personally I believe NO Rules were broken by me or Luca since we were rammed by the reporting party before firing a bullet at him.

Also as Ricky had stated The reporting party had contacted him to ask for his stuff back, I had then Dm'd the reporting party and attempted to solve it OOC to no avail

hi, i was driving in a stright line trying to chase him and he drove into my line. you can see it clearly in his pov.

i was follwing him and he decided to turn right, unlucky.

btw im wondering why he have no sound in his pov and its only 15 seconds longer HAHAHAH.
