I just wanted to say both Ricky's and Luca's Responses sum it up since I was on the back of Lucas bike at the time we had experienced the same thing.
One thing id like to mention is that after the reporting party was full killed by me I attempted to Solve it OOC but he had reported us before the situation was over literally within 10 minutes. I do although believe I had rights to kill him anyways , I was just trying to avoid any unnecessary hassle over forums exactly like this. I was going to allow his friend to take him to MD but due to the fact another gang was fighting us and cops came too I needed to grab his loot so I could fight back since I had only a .50 with a few bullets left on me
Personally I believe NO Rules were broken by me or Luca since we were rammed by the reporting party before firing a bullet at him.
Also as Ricky had stated The reporting party had contacted him to ask for his stuff back, I had then Dm'd the reporting party and attempted to solve it OOC to no avail
