This person from OTF used his revolter to ram my monstrociti in an active shootout, resulting in me falling off the clip and getting me killed.

Hello. Unfortunately, I do not have a POV  because my pc crashed immediately after the situation, preventing me from clipping it.Regarding the events leading up to the accidental ramming: I was waiting on the ground at the lab while my allies were fighting on the mountain. I stayed there in case  Locos  came down, which they eventually did. A black Kamacho tried to ram me, so I attempted to drive away.As I turned back around, I saw the gray Monstrociti from the reporting party speeding toward me. I switched to first-person  to try and shoot out their tires while chasing them. I initially thought they were attempting to flee the fight. However, they were actually repositioning to flank one of our allies who was actively engaging their in a gun fight with the kamacho that tried ramming me.I realized this too late. While I was attempting to take their tires, they suddenly stopped I was in first-person , vizibility was severely limited due to the surrounding trees and bushes, and I simply could not react fast enough to brake or dodge them.I want to clarify that I never intentionally attempted to ram the driver-side door. I completely understand the reporting party's frustration, but this was a genuine accidental collision due to a sudden stop and low visibility, not an intentional ramming.

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)

We scouted the Fort Zancudo lab and found the Locos holding it. We decided to group up and rob their drugs; however, one of our gang members got ambushed by four cars, each containing two or more players. They killed him and tried to get away.

We moved in and found their three-stack Kamacho trying to leave, so we popped their tires, hopped out, and finished them all. More Locos arrived, but we neutralized the entire scenario, leaving them all dead.

After we finished looting, ID 41 randomly showed up out of nowhere and started actively shooting at me and my tires. My gang member tried to stop him by PIT-ing a smaller car, which accidentally ended up ramming my car as well. I accidentally hopped out while my car was still moving and got stuck in the animation on the ground being unable to do anything or showing no threat. ID 41 can be seen actively shooting at me while I was down, and then he decided to VDM me while continuing to shoot. He had plenty of space to go elsewhere, and no exits were blocked. Instead, he intentionally turned his car toward me to shoot and head-on VDM me instead of driving elsewhere to not cause any unfair situations.

I tried to PM the person after he got finished, but he logged out instantly and I was unable to communicate with him about this scenario or to tell him to save his POV.

Note: These are two separate reporting incidents and the reports have been merged due to these instances happening in the same fight, approx 3 minutes apart, so that we can better understand the full chain of events.

I would also like to add, i believe the reporting party is using custom bushes which are not allowed, not making assumptions or anything but pretty much seems like it.
