1 certain radio freq for new players

what if we gave every new player a radio, thats already tuned in on a certain freq, where all new players are already connected to, 
also all, people can jump on it, so they can interact faster with longer stanbing players, 
 

make sure with notification that "thats specific" radiofreq is most tuned into the new player base, so they get faster in touch.
small change, but could have some impact

All radios default to 500 so that's already kind of the new player frequency. I'd be fine giving new players a radio too.

i know, now lets give them a radio from the start and make them aware that they have it annd how to use it

Grand idea... with how dead the server is for new players, like sometimes a literal ghost town those other voices on the radio might help. ..thats if we even have multiple new players at once anymore.
