About Us

Rebel Creek Holdings is a Blaine County based holding company built on a simple belief — that this land has more to offer than most people give it credit for. While Los Santos chases money and excess, Blaine County sits quietly producing everything that actually keeps people alive. We are not a city company and we don't want to be.

Rather than running every operation itself, Rebel Creek exists to give local business owners across Blaine County the backing, structure and reach they wouldn't have on their own. A small operation under the Rebel Creek banner gets access to resources, connections and visibility that would take years to build independently. Every venture under the Rebel Creek banner is rooted in the same values — hard work, self sufficiency and a genuine commitment to the community of Blaine County and Los Santos. Each subsidiary operates independently under licences held by the individuals running that specific branch, keeping the structure clean, flexible and built for the long term.

Our Vision

Built from the ground up by people who know this land and believe in what it can become. We are starting small but thinking big. Rebel Creek Holdings exists to invest in Blaine County — to create opportunity, provide services and give something back to a part of the map that has been ignored for too long. For local business owners with the drive but not the means, Rebel Creek offers a way to grow further and faster than they could alone.

The source of the initial investment that got Rebel Creek Holdings off the ground remains a matter that nobody has felt the need to discuss. What matters is what is being built with it.

Leadership

Kurtis Kelly — CEO
The man at the helm of Rebel Creek Holdings. Southern through and through, with the accent, the boots and the bluntness to match. Kurtis doesn't dress it up and doesn't waste time — say what you mean or don't bother saying anything at all. Underneath the rough exterior is a sharp, calculating businessman who reads people and numbers with the same ease. Where Kurtis came from before Rebel Creek and how exactly he came to lead it is a question he's never felt the need to answer. He's been seen around Grapeseed in company that raises a few eyebrows, but a man's business is his own — and out here, nobody asks too many questions about where the money started.

At the head of Rebel Creek Holdings, the CEO sets the overall direction and oversees all subsidiaries. Below that, each branch runs its own operation entirely independently. Branch managers hold their own licences, manage their own staff and are responsible for the day to day running of their respective business. The CEO sets the direction. The branches deliver it.

A Note

Rebel Creek Holdings is a legitimate business operating within the laws of Los Santos. We came to Blaine County to work, to grow and to serve the community. We are not here to cause trouble or step on toes. We are here to build something that lasts.

We are rooted in Blaine County and we are not going anywhere.
