how to kill every person being afk and get away with it

so i decide to give some attention to my Gf coming home. being afk for a bit resulting into another player taking advantage 2 Fingtimes of me being afk killing me and this is actualy alowed,
and my report get denied.
i literally did NOTHING, and somehow im on the receiving end of this result, how does this even make sense... im standing at paleto parking, doing nothing let alone doing somehting wrong or illigal, giving no reason to attack or rob, it might be clear daylight to. 
but this somewhat is alowed to attack someone who is afk, so by this.....
go ham guys, it alowed to kill people who are afk in public places, even clear daylight.....just do it and dont even reply to the report, because thats what it is nowdays.

NON OF THIS MAKES SENSE. the reporting party did not even reply, and the report gets denied.

no insentive, no response on the report, no reason to kill, pure DM, report denied, because " I WAS AFK" 

is this the way you wanna go ? is this hhow you wanna treat people being here for 6 years ?

i could care fucking less about what i lost, but leting this get away ? without the person even replying to the report....
nah thats a step to far from me, i recently donated and that was my last time.

Just log out when AFK, seems easy enough right?
