3. Deathmatching (DM)
Purpose: This rule is here to make sure that when players fight each other in the game, it happens in a way that makes sense and is fair. Everyone involved should know why the fight is happening. Also, this rule helps protect players from being attacked for no good reason. Before any fight starts, there should be enough talking and/or action that leads up to it, so everyone knows why it's happening.

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
To start, player 17 was pulled on by myself and my affiliates chased him. We ended up losing him and cut our losses. I sort a few things out and go and chill at parking, where I was tabbed out sorting some paperwork out for a faction I am in, this is where ID 17 pulls up 26 minutes later, pulls a shotgun, doesn't say a word and kills me. Yes we had prior interaction, though that was a minimum of 26 minutes prior to this situation, I believe that this player should have reinitiated the situation and at least said something.

Additionally, I tried to educate the player where he refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and stated that he didn't care. Images will be below with timestamps.

hello, reporter has already self admitted i was within the 30 min DM rule to search and onsite these people. i don't know what else i can add. as long as i was in the rules as this player stated i was within i don't see the reason to add more. don't stay online in a public areas (bro you cant use doing paperwork, from what i assume is your PD char, as an excuse on your crim) when you are being hunted down. IDK bro, i found you, killed you with in rule time limit it  seems reasonable.  i hope we can all learn from this experience and move forward in a way the benefits the server.  the situation ends when each side has been given a reasonable time to retaliate not when one side decides its over.

here is my POV of the event that lead to me killing the reporter. as you can see the reporter specifically hops out and points a gun at me. i swerve as to attempt to get away from the group. they also shoot at me as i made my escape. i later found the person that attempted to shoot me after i geared up for the hunt. as had just given up and was going to go to bed for the night i found the one who pointed a gun at me at thought if i can kill him now i can get his freq and hunt the others. i was still within the DM time limit as you can see the reporter has stated. i also provided unix time same of the last time we interacted and the time when i shot the reporter.  there is no need for reescalation when the situation just happened. i feel this report was made in bad faith and is very petty considering the extreme measures they took to try to rob me for a tac smg. Genuinely so saddened by this event cause I’m actually friends with multiple rooks.
