i was cooking at afgan until 4 empire showed up to the lab, they started ramming and trying to block me in with their offroads without saying a single word then one of them hopped out and started shooting which led to my tires getting popped and stalled my macho.
hes prolly going to claim that he "didnt shoot me in person but my tires" which is DM regardless and if my tires hadnt been shot out i couldve managed to escape, wait for backup and engage afterward.
also demands do not equal dm rights but i believe it does in this situation, there was no threat coming from my side and i had 0 interaction with this gang for days.
ive told romeo to inform whoever shot my tires to get his pov ready.

hey imma respond early to this seeing as you went instantly to forums without asking me to save pov, I don't have it saved because I wasn't asked. also I'm not sure why your faction assume Romeo is a sectary for all of us ? either way this is besides the point, simply speaking your tires got taken because you were actively calling for backup up while were trying to rob you inside of a lab. we had you completely trapped inside and even still instead of firming the robbery you hop out and take a 1vs6.    also why do you hold labs on your own when there's so many of your faction members online and then report when the inevitable happens ? such a boring loop this.

Hello prior to this (2 hours before) I checked afgan I saw 2 otf cooking there and one of them was Rylo Shock I started a conversation with them when suddenly I heard someone radio from the side "should we rob this one emp at afgan" so I drove away from there as soon as I heard it and remembered this interaction (I thought I recorded that on medal but I didn't I only have this screenshot).

2 hours later some of the gang woke up and we decided we gonna push the guys that were gonna rob me at afgan so I decided to go scout the lab off colors. In the lab I saw the otf guy still in the lab cooking just like they were before when they suggested to rob me, so I told the boys there is one otf guy at afgan lets push.

The plan was to block him and rob him fast before their pager call hit, he was asking for backup on his radio to get his boys to fight and kill us (you can hear them say "coming" "hide") ,driving away from us inside the lab, so I gave the call to stall him in order to rob and possibly confront him about him trying to rob me earlier. I came around the left side and from my POV I saw the 2 kamachos ramming each other so I tried to stall the otf kamacho my car got stalled so I decided to hop out and shoot his tires in order to stop him (all of this happening inside an active lab with drugs on the tables cooking).

He decided to hop out 1 v 5.

I do not intend to be part of any back and forth, just adding few missing details to avoid misleading points stated by the reported party.
informed romeo through pms to ask whoever shot my tires to save POV cause i don't know who exactly did, this doesn't require that much of an effort nor it is that hard for a gang leader to inform one of him members through faction chat.
Deathmatching rule is simple and clear, since when is talking on freq grant DM rights, if we're going to do that, i can go into any lab hear someone say one word on the radio and insta magdump him, this reasoning is completely braindead, you stated that you could hear me heavily calling for backup, well i was simply giving information that i was being scouted, which instantly escalated to being rammed and blocked and all i did was give information that made my allies decide to help me. to sum this up all i said was "empire pulled up to afghan" -"they already ramming". There's a difference between giving information and heavily calling for backup

this doesn't need explaining cause it's clear as daylight in my POV that you shot my tire which resulted my vehicle to crash and stall which forced me to hop out. this conclusion doesn't require an above average IQ level to figure out.

I understand you are trying to clarify your side of the situation, and I have no issue with that. However I would appreciate it if we could keep this respectful and avoid using insulting terms such as “braindead” or making comments about IQ level.

I am here to address the report and provide my side of the situation, not to turn this into an OOC argument or personal back and forth. We can disagree about what happened without attacking each other.

I believe it is best to let staff review the POVS and make the final decision.
