  1. Player(s) being reported : IDs 65, 14, 8, 72, 105, and 118 Date of interaction reported : 29/September/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD : 1664421874 Your characters name: Theodore_Dick Other player(s) involved: Gavin_Sands, Marcos_Chandler, Galileo_Czapiewski Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatching (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. 10. Powergaming (PG) Powergaming is defined as inserting unrealistic actions into a character's actions that would otherwise not be possible in real life, providing non-factual statements in /do, or not allowing other players a chance to roleplay responses and their own actions to your roleplay. Some examples of powergamin Players may use forceful commands such as /frisk, /cuff, /drag, /cpr, /stabilize after RP, or if the party is unresponsive for 30 seconds. 6. Ruleplaying Ruleplaying is a term used when players are using, manipulating, or interpreting rules or rulings falsely or outside of their intention, in an unrealistic or unintended way that does not constitute quality or realistic RP standards. How did the player break the rule(s)? They attacked and killed 4 DOC guards with little to no reasoning behind it. All 4 of us were going hunting and we saw them out in their car so we went to say hi. At this point they said "lets kidnap 4 DOC guards" so we ran away because they had put the threat out to kidnap us initiating the situation with little to no motive or escalation behind it. We were running and they continually chased us for no reason so we called the police as we couldn't do anything since we are all legal characters that work at DOC. They continued to chase us until one of them blocked the toll off with a bike where they had all then sprayed us down with no demands or anything given just killing all of us then pulling me out of the car with no RP for it. They also kinda ruleplayed into baiting us to call the police to attempt to gain DM rights on us. Evidence of rule breach:
  2. Player(s) being reported: ID 111 Date of interaction reported: 02/SEP/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1662092454 Your character name: Malik Ebeid Other player(s) involved: Name(s) Here Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (Non-RP) Non-Roleplay Non-Roleplay behavior is considered as actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay. It's difficult to interpret or understand what good roleplay can be sometimes, and we aim to steer players in the direction we want them to go through our server rules. Players are welcome to speak to staff for guidance in regard to roleplay. Some examples (not exhaustive) of Non-RP: 14. Deathmatching (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit by a vehicle once with a valid motive. Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable. Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ In the first video Bear came into LSC and in front of 15+ people decides to take a cop hostage this is the first instance of NRP but there is already a report on the situation. I was in the storage room and saw Bear get into a shootout with some other mechanics so I shot him to save my coworkers. Jay then pulls a gun out and starts shooting me so I shoot him as well. Bear gets arrested and goes to Jail. About an hour later Bear decides to run into LSC with a shotgun and shoot and kill me with no other escalation. As you can see I could have shot first but he had my friend and boss hostage so I was waiting for demands instead he just shoots and kills me with no new escalation or words other than "Fucking Bozo" then kills me. In the other report Bear says his RP was cut short because we shot him but if Bear really did want to RP he would have given me demands and taken me somewhere else and we could have done rp there instead Bear just wanted to shoot and kill me. I believe Bear using LSC as his own personal shooting range is NRP as there are lost of people watching as well as police patrols and cameras at the time of the shooting alone there are 7+ witnesses in the shop. Bear disregards all of this many times even though he has been caught at LSC multiple times as well as chased by police because of his actions at LSC. I find his actions highly unrealistic as he has been arrested, shot and held at gunpoint at LSC yet still continues to return and commit crime infront of the same people and cameras that always catch him. Evidence of rule breach First NRP: Second NRP and DM: https://streamable.com/3aksuc Witness POV showing him running through LSC with a heavy: https://clips.twitch.tv/PlayfulSplendidHamburgerMcaT--nuspS5swMedPpwZ https://clips.twitch.tv/TalentedLuckyPelicanSquadGoals-XBKhb0A-_7FhXyxU
  3. Player(s) being reported: ID 50, 82, 110 Date of interaction reported: 9/1/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1662084417 APPROX Your characters name: Bear_okasaki Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: Metagaming (ID 50) 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear Roleplay is the concept of showing appropriate care and concern to preserve your character's safety and life. We aim for balanced gameplay through this rule, and it may not be representative of real life at times. Players whose life is in direct danger must RP adequate fear and comply with demands given to them. Direct danger could mean, for example, a gun aimed at your head or at you from close vicinity, by any player. If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims who were under fear RP remain as so. A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it. A player has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker, or if their attacker's view is obstructed by an object. Punishment: Anything from an admin jail to an indefinite ban. Punished under Non-Roleplay. 14. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn't working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands (/vr 1) or use text to deliver your demands and RP. Punishment: Anything from an admin jail to an indefinite ban. 9. Some examples (not exhaustive) of Non-RP: Ignoring Roleplay such as Doing wheelies on motorcycles in chases or in other situations where the speed grants an advantage over others. (The speed boost from doing wheelies in GTA 5 is unrealistic thus it's not allowed in situations where the speed is an advantage over others). Leaning forward is fine. Baiting Government Services without proper IC motive. (For example, bank robbers have IC motive to bait police if they want to get their attention away from the bank they are wanting to rob). Not roleplaying the effects of being tazed more than once unless there are RP factors involved. Asking to be killed or forcing your own death. (Players are not allowed to force their death, they only die when they bleed out by the script). Unrealistic Stunt Jumping Misusing Expensive Vehicles Using Script Work Vehicles for other purposes than the intended job. Submerging any vehicle in water intentionally. Swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase. Always have a goal when you swim in a chase, don't just swim out to the ocean. Stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 Menu. Using a vehicle to block one-way entry/exits of e.g., banks and stores. Government-funded faction members must go off duty when not performing faction duties IC. Putting on and/or replenishing armor when your character is in immediate danger (e.g. being shot at). Climbing steep hills and/or mountains in non-appropriate vehicles, mechanics and LSEMS vehicles are exempt. Appropriate vehicles are for example; Kamacho, Contender, Caracara, Scout, Brawler, BF-400,, Non-Appropriate Vehicles are for example; Novak, Rebla, Shinobi, Hakuchou, Warrener, Exemplar, Elegy, Drafter. In roleplay scenarios, players are required to remain In-Character all times. Roleplay can only be paused or voided by admin staff. This means that if for example, a player feels that another player has broken a server rule, they should not stop roleplaying and argue in an OOC chat, instead, they should submit a report, document the situation, and continue to roleplay. Punishment: Anything from a warning, an admin jail, to an indefinite ban. Disconnecting/Crashing from Active Roleplay Scenarios - Combat Logging When a game crash/disconnect occurs, players must make an effort to contact the involved players or staff. Most commonly, this is done on Eclipse RP's official discord server, in the #crash-reports channel. If players do not have access to discord, they should try to contact the staff through the forums, or the players involved if they know them. Players who crash from a police situation such as a chase will be charged and put in prison by admin staff. When a player returns from a game crash/disconnect, all players involved must be given the same opportunities they held prior. Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased, they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. This does not apply if the player chasing is aware of the location of the chased player, thus it may be in the best interest of the player to submit an in-game report to get staff confirmation on whether they can log out or not. Punishment: Anything from an admin jail to an indefinite ban. How did the player break the rule(s)? My IC brother was looking for an old man that was threatening him with a broken bottle saying he would kill him and intentionally ran him over. when I notice the guy at LSC talking to the cops. I made the call out for my IC brother to come in and kidnap the guy knowing I was going to keep the one police officer in LSC occupied by taking him hostage. That's when id 50 completely ignores the fact I have Dale Ashcroft at gunpoint. and pulls and starts to shoot at me. I have literally 0 escalation with that person. he completely FRP ignoring dales life to DM me. that's when ID 82 walks in and starts to shoot at me. I was hesitant to shoot back at ID 82 considering I have no DM rights on him. he downed me cutting my RP short and ruining the whole scenario, just so they can get into a gunfight... and shoot their weapons at someone that had 0 interactions with them that would grant DM rights. I want to reiterate ID 50 Fear Rped for dales life just so he can clap. that is a clapping mentality when I was seriously trying to create an RP scenario for My IC brother, Dale and the old man that was involved. There is even a random guy ID 110 in the background that opens fire upon My IC brother that doesn't even work at LSC he was just shooting to shoot. He had no motive to open fire that is blatant DM. It is very NRP to insert yourself in a shootout that does not involve you putting your life at risk for no reason. Evidence of rule breach:
  4. Player(s) being reported: ID 18, and ID 142 at the time Date of interaction reported: 26/AUG/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1661474784 Your characters name: Garry_Goodman Other player(s) involved: None Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was just working at burgershot, I ran outside for a bit and when I was coming back in ID 18 came up to me and started to talk to me saying "You seriously wearing red in my hood right now" then I replied jokingly and he just randomly started to attack me with ID 142 who I assume was his friend. They then chased me around outside before eventually downing me. They fled the scene before killing me as a police unit rolled up as I was on the ground. I assume they would have finished me if this had not happened. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/2fqo25 @Wolokai142
  5. Player(s) being reported: ID 5, ID 228 + (unknown IDs) Date of interaction reported: 18/Aug/2022. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1660860710 Your character name: Caesar Blackwood Other player(s) involved: Stephen Joyce, Curtins Macfadden, Teejay Shakur Specific rule(s) broken: 13. A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ We were holding chilli drug lab when we got a backup call over frequency by one of our members that Shenzhen gave him demands at north lab and shot at him. Some of us go there and we move in together. We find one of them running around in the middle of the lab which we then try place him under fear rp but he runs away until he then gets on his knees in the middle of the lab. He is asked to stand up and then I spot the firearm on his hip and demand he drop it. Instead of easily pressing 3 buttons to drop it he stalls for time telling us to "wait". While we have multiple guns aimed at him his allies begin to shoot at us which in my opinion does not show correct fear for their gang members life as we have him as hostage. We still have guns pointed at ID 5 and he runs away and pulls his weapon on us to shoot showing no fear for his own life. Evidence of rule breach
  6. Player(s) being reported: Unknown Date of interaction reported: 8/11/22 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1660178670 Your character name: Pasha Xiao Other player(s) involved: Liam Zhang, Hamez Zhang, Rava Xiao Specific rule(s) broken: DM & MG 4. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn't working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands (/vr 1) or use text to deliver your demands and RP. 8. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying In-Character (IC) information through any method not considered IC which has the potential to change the current or future roleplay scenarios, or for the potential for the information to be used. It's also considered metagaming to mix IC and Out-of-Character (OOC) information. Examples of MG: Calling players out by the ID above their head. Communicating In-Character events, actions, and decisions, with another player on a 3rd party software e.g. discord. For example: "Let's rob this player", "I'm being robbed at City Parking, help me". How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ hello so as its seen in the POV after we leave Eclipse towers and go to tinsel its seen that we changed clothes and got in a different car and there was no Irish to witness this, around 3-4 mins after we leave we see a person that was at the shootout place and we follow him up to mirror park without showing any violent behavior, after seeing a lot of them in mirror park I decided to stop following the bifta but as it's shown in the POV the Jugular turns around then follows us with multiple other Irish cars and they just start shooting us with no reasons at all also without escalating anything, then other cars joined the chase and started shooting us too after the Jugular this is where I also believe they Metagamed our ID's to know that we were at the shootouts. I would like to also add that I did not get everyone's ID that shot but I'm sure the damage logs will show. Evidence of rule breach
  7. Player(s) being reported: 54 Date of interaction reported: 24/06/2022. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1656111474 Your character name: Vincent_Morgan Other player(s) involved: 54 Specific rule(s) broken: Rule 3: Real World Trading How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ The player and I had been involved in an RP earlier where he attempted to rob my character after he had been getting HEAVILY intoxicated at a Pride event and had just won the car the player was wanting to steal. Even though 54 had a gun, I assumed that as black out drunk as Vinny was he would potentially not be thinking the most rationally after riding the high of winning and being intoxicated. I spoke with several friends about this afterwards and was told I may have violated Fear RP rules and was concerned I may have impacted someone's RP experience negatively. I reached out to the player to apologize in a PM, and was told I was being reported. I concluded to them this was their right, and I was sincerely sorry for the misunderstanding and what had happened. They told me they had a clip, and then said they would not report me if I were to give them 4k for a gun, which I was informed is a real-world trading breach. I am willing to accept if I did something wrong, and it's why I reached out to apologize, but the response struck me as odd and I didn't want it to go unnoticed. I have attached screenshots of the chat, and the moment with Unix code in which I took the screenshots. I spoke with @Wolokai142 and they encouraged me to make the forum report after reaching out and speaking with me further. Evidence of rule breach
  8. First Last or Player ID (Specific Rule Broken) ID 36 Deathmatch ID 74 Non-RP Player(s) being reported: ID 36 & ID 74 Date of interaction reported: 20/06/2022. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1655674371 Your character name: Danny Grape Other player(s) involved: Ronnie Moretti Specific rule(s) broken: NRP and DM and possibly meta gaming and FRP ID 74 randomly, without any prior interactions walks up to our wall and looks over in 3rd person view to see an illegal chop shop. He then proceeds to speak to ID 6 Ronnie Moretti and tries to blackmail him for cash to keep quiet about the chop shop. There was no way ID 74 could see the chop shop ICly due to being on the wrong side of the wall and the wall being bigger than the player. When questioned ICly regarding the chop shop ID 74 said that he could see it from where he was stood (this was impossible). He was then questioned via /b and his reply was that "it's GTA 3rd person view" and thats how he was able to see over the wall. This is definitely non-rp and promotes poor roleplay. There is physically no way for ID 74 & ID 36 to be able to see what was behind the wall. I believed they meta gamed mine and ID 6's conversation in OOC while waiting for admins to respond And if our (ID 6 and I) reports about the CONSAW for the chop being bugged would have been answered there wouldn't have been anything/one there because in that time the work would have been done and everything cleaned up. we where waiting for a hour and never got a answer from staff except from a support double A over a hour after the report was made saying there was no staff available. we also pmed them them letting them know we thought there was a rule break. they stated they didn't think there was any rule broke and that they usually use 3rd person to view past/over walls and never been told otherwise about it. also claimed via pm to ID 6 he new about the chop from "text" the only text was /b which is OOC and would be meta gaming. I was Afk and came back to hearing someone climbing over the wall and seeing ID 6 pointing a pistol at ID 36, ID 36 then pulled his shotgun after seeing a pistol pointed at him which is also breaking Fear RP. The items: lost chop equipment/tools, pistols, radios even the vehicles and other personal items that can be seen in clip(s) or logs. ID 6 Had screenshots of the pms from ID 36 and ID 74. His recording failed so this is my POV. Also notice that after ID 36 Shot First With out any demands. Evidence of rule breach: Clip of proof of DM NRP and possible break of FRP Clip of us finding out the text the guy claimed he seen wasn't IC so that would be meta.
  9. Player(s) being reported: 125, 99 Date of interaction reported: 04/06/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: https://ibb.co/JxzkB4Z Your character name: Apollo Gambino Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatching (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. 9. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ @Wolokai142 I went to sealab to grab plants, when I saw that it was dry I left sealab without even leaving my vehicle. When I looked back I found this elegy chasing/following me, and they want me to pull over. When they were still following me on the east highway, I stopped so that I could know what their motive was, and I found out they wanted me to go to the drug lab to talk. I refused to comply and they keep on following/chasing me for no valid reason with no threat at the same time, but, to cut the story short after a couple of stops, they gave me demands in front of SD department while driving fast, which is I think it's invalid demands and I don't think they have a valid reason to follow/chase me at the first place. Evidence of rule breach https://youtu.be/M6GZZH88mrs(EXTENDED POV) https://youtu.be/Z8atXvn90DQ(ACTUAL DM) Asking POV would be there in the last part of actual DM video
  10. Player(s) being reported: ID 175 Date of interaction reported: 17/MAY/2022. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1652925914 Your character name: Jay Abdulla Other player(s) involved: ID 175 Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatching (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ Well he straight up KOs after first ever interaction over radio, which I never threatened his life or anything, he had no reason to just pull up to the job HQ and just KOS me, he wasnt associated with the beating of the worker either.... i also wish he wasnt toxic in ooc aswell... (this is all I have from the interaction from me and him) alexalex303 told me to post this here, since it couldn't be handled in-game Evidence of rule breach
  11. Player(s) being reported: Player 122, Player 167 Date of interaction reported: 17/MAY/2022. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1652817569 Your character name: Jevonte Runnels Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: Player 122 was powergaming and forcing roleplay. Player 167 was metagaming, mixing his OOC feelings into IC. How did the player break the rule(s)? I will keep this simple and explain the evidence below. Video #1 Player 122 can be seen performing a robbery on my character and therefore proceeding to remove my clothes without any roleplay while my character is on his knees. Powergaming, and forcing roleplay. Video #2 & #3 Player 67 can be seen in video #2, agreeing and saying that they won't remove my character's phone battery. However, in video #3, after I decided and I guess 'threated' them with a forum report be ran back to me and ID 122 and said 'I'm taking your phone now as well'. I believe that these words ("now as well") prove that he didn't like the fact that I mentioned a forum report about his friend's power gaming, mixed that into IC and abruptly decided to remove my character's phone battery. He even told his friend to do not give me my clothes back IC. Evidence of rule breach 1. https://streamable.com/jpr2se 2. https://streamable.com/ljflrb 3. https://streamable.com/ip58xn
  12. Player(s) being reported: ID 5 Date of interaction reported: 05/05/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1651786764 Your character name: Zion Willard Other player(s) involved: ID's Seen in footage provided. Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ In the provided footage, ID 5 can be seen breaking away from his allies and running / driving his bike into hostile areas during an ongoing active shootout solo, with no other protection. He does so wearing the opposing factions colors, directly inserting himself into the line of fire of his allies with no way to differentiate himself from those his allies are shooting at. It has been stated multiple times that these action are not allowed, however, ID 5 decided to use this to his advantage and prevented the other players in the scenario seen here from having a "fair" fight with his allies. I unfortunately had recently restarted my PC, and didn't open OBS so I do not have a saved POV - however I have provided Cameron Lynch & Eve's points of view to illustrate the fact that he drove into multiple hostile area's away from his allies with no reasonable backup as his allies were all stationed on a rooftop out of range. 13. Player(s) being reported: ID 206 Date of interaction reported: 15/APR/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1650051848 Your characters name: Tim Havlicek Other player(s) involved: Jeff Babatunda Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins. If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP. Non-off road vehicles may not drive up mountains or steep hills. LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt. Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu, or using a vehicle to block doors (i.e. a bank or a store). 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear RP is showing appropriate care and concern to preserve your character's safety and life. If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands. If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims which were under fear RP remain as so. A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it. A player still has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker, or if their attacker's view is obstructed by an object. How did the player break the rule(s)? The player was wanted in connection to a kidnapping of an Officer and after I attempted to get him off his bike to make an arrest - the individual fled as I pointed my weapon at him while he was stationary, point blank - responding with 'what the fuck' as I instructed him to get off his bike. Later, during the pursuit, 206 drove their bike into the water and swam for an unrealistic amount of time before attempting to drown himself as heard in the POV. The reported party claimed they have saved their footage and that the reason they drove off was 'because you had to reason to pull a gun on me' - as seen in the 2nd clip. 14. Player(s) being reported: ID 70, ID 151 Date of interaction reported: 07/APR/2022. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1649368113 Your character name: Joe Markov Other player(s) involved: Name(s) N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ As seen in the POV bellow, I was just traveling up north and into some labs, picking plants both alone and with the other players who I was on the same frequency with, At Sea Labs, I was constantly checking my surroundings for anyone, but there was no one to be seen. All of the sudden next thing I see is player 151 and player 70 jump out of some bushes and open fire on me Instantly, no demands given, I had never encountered/seen them before, no real reason for them to start shooting at me and kill me on sight without a word said. There was simply no roleplay in the situation and I had absolutely no time to react as they gave me no time whatsoever. In the process I had over 30 Marijuana Plants on me, Pistol .50 with 50x bullets and the car I drove was a Jugular with a flopping chop price. I will let the POV bellow speak for itself, but the DM rule was clearly broken here and I can't imagine the "reason" behind this. It is worth saying that right before I died I called for backup on the radio, the boat already sank and I wasn't given any demands that would have expected me to not do so. The "/b save your povs" was meant to be a short and quick reminder that I will be filing a report and having POV from all sides would be helpful. Evidence of rule breach
  15. Player(s) being reported: ID 49 (fear roleplay) Date of interaction reported: 25/March/22 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1648229148 Your characters name: Hector Derose Other player(s) involved: 68, 17, and one more cop whose id I cannot see as they were crouched. Specific rule(s) broken: 13. A traffic stop was being conducted in which I was asked to get out of my car, knowing I had a gun on me and it would lead to my arrest. I decided to make the first move by taking a hostage. After this, while my gun was still pointed at their officer I was gunned down. I had no opportunity to rp any further as I was about to get into the car with the gun still pointed at him through a /me. I feel this shows the very poor value of a cop's life. Not to mention realistically all it would take is one bullet to his head to kill the man. I also submitted an in game report with Jason, whom told me to take it to forums for further investigation. 16. Player(s) being reported: ID 204 | ID 149 | ID 322 ID 195 Date of interaction reported: 13MAR22 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1647212393 | 1647214063 | 1647214458 - UNIX in order of ID's coming into the video. Your character name: Neo King Other player(s) involved: ID 204 | ID 149 | ID 322 ID 195 Specific rule(s) broken: Potential Stream Sniping. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) So, I'm streaming a criminal character (stupid idea) however, I want to be open an immersive with my viewers during my experience on ECRP. A bit of back story. I recently chopped a vehicle and ran from the butcher drop off towards the pier.. I was ran into by the guy @ 04:00 then it starts from there.. I don't mind the RP.. it was very well handled from the faction during the entire situation, its just rather bizarre that its the same chap who potentially was watching my stream.. maybe the twitch names can be linked up to discord or ECRP database's.. I just want peace of mind and some staff eyes on this matter. ID 204 00:00 Pulls right up first time instance to offer a lift.. ID 204 @ 03:38 I pulled a gun to get the extra focus to see if it was the same vehicle, to which it clearly was.. now if I was watching my own screen and someone pulled a gun out on me I wouldn't react 5-8 seconds later.. its asif he has reacted after watching a slight stream delay then makes out "he saw me pull out my weapon". ID 204 04:00 Appears again as if he is idling in his car and comes towards me after coming back into the game.. @ 05:05 I start to get concerns of stream sniping, due to the odd behaviour. ID 149 appears at 28:28 to check over the drug lab. (same gang.. this was found out later in the game) ID 204 same guy third time bumping into him.. appears after his dude in the drug lab. ID 322, 195 appear at 35:03 after being called by their members.. (seemingly nothing to do with the report. Added due to being part of the incident) Some of the audio towards the end is *MUTED* due to copyright remarks on Twitch and totally out of my control, however there just a few discussions and gang talk.. nothing concerning or anything that would assist or discredit the process of a report. (if anything, someone might have the footage to provide). There were also people claiming to be part of this gang in my twitch during the incident.. could be complete lies, however I rarely play crim for these reasons, again just need clarification after an investigation. If this was the case, then it was a complete ruin of immersion for myself playing as a criminal. If this matter is legit, then I fully take this whole report back. (I just want a peace of mind and some justification). Evidence of rule breach https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1424971255 SS of Muted audio. Nothing being hidden https://prnt.sc/2_zabN5ay_b2

IC and OOC Interactions - Usage of ethnic and/or LGBT+ related slurs is considered disgusting roleplay and all parties involved must give prior OOC consent before it can be done. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ Was being arrested for a couple charges and whilst cuffing him and reading him his rights he was constantly using the N word, calling the officers crackers then later on as we got to DOC he used the F slur infront of a bunch of other people. Using script work vehicles for other purpose, 14. Deathmatch. Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Short context: ID [202] and me [203] lockpicked ID [60]’ car. When driving away, he [60] is in a truck and sees us coming his way. He then, while going full power, steers right into me, full frontal collision while I [203] tried to avoid. After the crash I get out of the car while he gets out of the truck. He then runs up and without any words being said or demands giving stabs me to death. NRP: ID [60] uses a work vehicle (truck) to crash purposely into another vehicle (can’t even be argued, [60] steered right into me while there was plenty room) DM: ID [60] runs up to me, and without any demands or words starts stabbing me to death. NRP report can’t be argued. As for the DM report one, even though there is a motive to attack us (robbery), there is no proper interaction at all… Evidence of rule breach https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KkCOzPTvmn4

(300 words maximum)\ They robbed me while fishing at the pier at 930 am when it would be full. Gave me 3 seconds to unlock my truck before attacking me while i was reeling in my fishing pole to comply. killed me in broad daylight. None of this had prior escalation besides them trying to rob me in broad daylight on the pier. Evidence of rule breach

(300 words maximum)\ The individual lockpicked and stole a police Brickade. The Los Santos Police Department was hosting a recruitment event in the hanger at LSIA which had a heavy police presence by default and ID 59 despite of all this, without clear reason used a lockpick to break into the vehicle and drive off afterward. Non-Roleplay: Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Rule 14. Deathmatching: Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. How did the player break the rule(s)? Rule 9 and Rule 14 I feel we’re broken as I was chopping wood in the forest as all players randomly approached me. I was asked to sell my car which I had declined. I was then told to put my hands in the air and a gun was drawn on me. I was told to unlock my vehicle so they could chop it. I feel that pulling up on someone that is doing a job and threating them with a gun to steal their car with no prior motive creates poor role play for anyone that it happens to, as I was standing near the mechanic in Paleto Bay the players came to harass me. I was also shot in this interaction that led to my death

Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. Players may not have any interaction or knowledge from their alternate characters. Players should not intentionally base their actions and/or words based on how another player sounds, as their voice may not reflect their character. For example, a male character with a female voice does not automatically mean they are a trans man or vice versa. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 32 asked why he was getting arrested. Right after saying it, we could hear his friend say "say you got kidnapped" through his VOIP. He then said what his friend suggested him to say. I believe that the friend that was suggesting it is the person we arrested during the same situation, ID 244. Evidence of rule breach: Video evidence has staff chat. I will send it to whoever takes this report. I know they are new players and I reported in game to have someone explain them that what they did is wrong but they logged out before my report got accepted. I just want them to know that what they are doing may or may not ruin RP scenarios for everyone involved.

Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. Examples: using script work vehicles for other purpose How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ To simply put, ID 86 in my opinion acted NRPly. In the beginning of the clip, while in his Go postal van, he purposely drove into another car (0:26). At the end of the clip, after ID 86 was arrested ICly, he logged out and did not attempt to return (10:20). I did not see anything in crash reports. Evidence of rule breach Sent to Staff

(300 words maximum)\ I received a 911 call that somebody had killed numerous people, Upon arriving on scene, I see somebody carrying a body and putting them into a trunk. I quickly draw my Shotgun and attempt to get the person on their knees. The person disregards the fact I have a 12 Gauge shotgun pointed at them and gets into a Stolen Purple Schafter and takes off with the body in the trunk. I made an attempt to contact the individual however by the time I attempted to reach out, they had either logged out and back in, or out completely.
