Guards do actively participate in activites, both pre and post prison update, the issue is that pre prison update it was extremely repetitive and boring 'activities'. Since the release of the prison update, DOC has been extremely busy because there is far more things for inmates to do, therefore creating more RP for guards. DOC like PD and SD is a reactive faction by nature, we respond to the rp of others. Creating RP with inmates is extremely difficult if they do not reciprocate. I'd suggest giving the DOC faction another try or at least seeing what prison is like now because it is exactly the change that the prison needed and I'm glad that there's more to come. 2 1 Quote
