This will be the parent company of sub divisions ranging over a variety of services that help to serve the city and community. We are all about bringing people together across the city, whether through being members of staff or customers coming to event, our main goal is to improve enjoyment and create more life within the community. vZelfeR Posted December 15, 2025 Author Report Posted December 15, 2025 (edited) A New Beginning After planning out the initial phases of the business, it was time to get a property to run the business from and start a bar which would be the starting journey of Winters. It was time to find potential properties and get in contact with the Business & Property Bureau. After looking at properties and not finding one that was suitable, Bradley was at a loss and starting to think that this could be an impossible task... Until later that day, Liam Binnie posted an advert on LifeInvader renting out a property. Bradley and Liam met up, after a quick phone call and had a look around the property... it was perfect; The location... The size... All of it! They came to an agreement and then Bradley had to get to work as there was a lot to do! Bradley then went to start the next item on the checklist... Applying for a grant. This would be to furnish the space, without which, he will struggle to furnish the property fully. The application was put in and now all he could do was wait... To Be Continued... vZelfeR Posted January 7 Author Report Posted January 7 Disaster Strikes Christmas was quiet; Bradley had travelled out to visit family abroad for some of this time and to take a break from the copious amounts of planning that had been taking place. Unfortunately, when he flew back to start working on furninshing the property again, he noticed the doors to the HQ were unlocked. Winters had been broken into.... Bradley had to pick himself and just move forward. He started by doing more work in the store and is looking at applications to join DCC for some extra income on the side to pay for missing furniture. Fortunately the Government store lease was helping fund furniture, without this Bradley would be very stuck. He hasn’t heard back from his grant application yet, but with the winter holidays and flying out to see family for a bit, this was understandable and hopefully hears something soon. The next couple of weeks would be fully furnishing the property and making some money to sponsor the business. Once this has been completed, the business can start to grow and flourish! Quote
