Refuel Animation Broken

 How many times did this issue appear for you?: Every time you refuel

Issue/bug you are reporting: The /refuel animation is broken, you just stand there

Expected behavior:  When doing /refuel your character should do the fuelling anim

Go refuel your car, you wont do the anim

Also having the issue, happens sometimes, sometimes its fine.
