Weedplanting everywhere 91% YES VOTE

I have been very pleased about the last updates and the next HSW update coming in soon, truly remarkable

but @Paulius  i want to have my burning question answered i am a loyal donator who donated at least 3-4k to the server. For almost 5 years playing 

- 4 years ago plating weedplants anywhere in the city was teased for the first time, i waited and waited, to finaly before this summer have a vote was placed out that reached a successful 91% YES on planting weed everywhere in the city. You had me sitting on the tip of my couch for yet another 2months now. And i know i am not alone here. 
i am chekking discord logs in development everyday hoping to finaly see that 

- added planting marijuana everywhere

but EVERYTHING else keeps getting priority. And the big thing everyone is waiting for keeps being postponed.

can you just PLEASE drop the update we are waiting for for so long.or at least give us full transparency or a deadline. Just talk with the community. 

i think the community deserves this after 4 years of waiting, donating. And keep up the great experience.

“ the vote was a joke” “just like the killing of lewis vote” almost everything came trough probably even the killing of lewis happened lol. So if its gets brushed off as a joke I wil be very disappointed. People in here are smart enough to know that ITS NOT. 
so directly to the 2 developers as a loyal fan/player/top donator. I truly desire you to open up to us about it. I love your server and home you created for us. But i want clarity. i think after 4 years its not so much to ask

i mean, we do get kinda close though ,if you dare to see the overal picture.
we have more static labs etc,
i feel overall the updates to kinda gravitate toward that a bit apart from some tweaks,
but what i find very disappointing is that after 4 years of waiting,
which most people eventually gave up on it ever happening and many people leaving the city,

it was then decided recently to make a vote on it, rekindling this excitement ALL OVER AGAIN
JUST to give everything else priority that barely had any votes close to the 91% on the plants,
even things that WE KNOW had no need to be prioritized.
and now they just keep finding new priorities.

At this point its really playing with people's feelings and expectations.
and has to become openly talked about.
there are some among us who are heavy invested in the server
as wel financialy and emotionaly showing persistent dedication.

i think we really deserve our answers now

I somewhat agree here. I agree that since it was made to vote and teased so long ago, yes we should have had an update by now. As for priorities, those can change over time. While the ability to plant anywhere I am all for, can potentially reduce RP if others have a good hiding spot. I think alot needs to go into it to make it mean something more. Cant have a roof unless you have a UV light or something of the sorts. Add even more to that with watering, yeilding less seeds. Whatever needs to be done for balance. I think that is why this is taking so long as its something that requires alot of balance. I cannot speak for Admin or Dev. I can hope this wasnt a joke though! Would be cool. But also odd without private labs.

i  mean, even if people do have a good hideout spot preventing RP by issolating themselves,
all that material that gets created has to go through those labs regardless. so that wil be pretty RP enough.
and you also create the possibility that people wil start selling plants to eachother and gangs.
person to person trade is the best RP you can actualy have so i see that as a very big win

If they allow planting anywhere I personally think we should be able to roll or turn plants into seeds just from a right click interact, needing an extra item or two like rolling papers or plant clippers whilst replacing weed tables in labs with different tables making them a bit more balanced/useable for the harder drugs.

I don't see why we have to go to a lab creating LSD, Cocaine, Ecstasy etc. Just to roll a blunt or turn it into seeds, even most of the crimes related to weed are lesser crimes in their own lower tier and should be separated from the rest of cooking, you should be able to go to a grocery store to buy plant clippers for seeds and add rolling papers at the shady businessmen around the city for cash.

Have 1 paper and 2 plants allows you to right click the plants and roll it, you can use the lockpick animation and a 30 or 45 second timer or whatever then it gives you a blunt and removes 2 plants and 1 paper, with a chance of getting low, medium, high, or top tier based on your cooking skill. This should give less exp than cooking most drugs which I believe weed already does. Same animation maybe more time for converting a plant into seeds have it remove 1 plant and add a random 1-3 seeds to you and damage the clippers a bit, effectively making weed a more of an introduction to making drugs.

You start out as a criminal hitting ATM's and growing plants, rolling weed until you eventually get further into the server and begin getting into higher tier crime, store robberies, chopping, cooking drugs before moving onto even higher tier crime with house robberies and bank robberies it would add another step of lower tier crime progression that would add a ton of opportunity and even more rp to the server.

As far as I understand, the idea for this vote came from the admins and people voted but nothing happens? The question is what will be the continuation of this? Because everyone who could has voted for this .....

Omg!!Thanks for confirming on this. Its been so much doubt for me. So this really makes my day!!! Im hopefull again!!
