SVR

When one door closes...

Their previous organization had made a name for itself - in Los Santos, when you heard the word racing, a handful of names were thought of and in recent years, ENVY was at the top of the list. When they disbanded, most had no intention of ever returning to the lifestyle they had all willingly left behind. After all - they started as a family and ended as a family. It was over. They’d said their goodbyes and parked their vehicle for what they thought was the last time.

Another one opens.
Day after day, people would approach the various members of what was once ENVY, asking when they’d return to bring back the lifestyle. Most other racing organizations had disappeared into the night not long after they disbanded and it seemed the racing scene was once again dead.

Lukas missed it. He missed the thrill of the chase, the camarederie that ENVY had brought with it. He missed the wail of sirens and the feel of metal moving with his every whim. It wasn’t long before he reached out to those who had followed him before with a simple question...

“Is it time to run it back?”

All it took was a handful of “Yes” before plans were in place. They’d reunite - under a different name, leaving ENVY’s legacy behind - and start anew. They didn’t have a plethora of legal citizens to protect any longer. They didn’t have a legal front they needed to protect. While many liked to call them ENVY 2.0, they couldn’t be more wrong. They were determined to show they belonged in the place of power they had achieved before - the chase was on.

About Us

A different name, a different plan, a different fleet of vehicles, a different set of tactics... one thing that wouldn’t change, however, was the vibrant neon underglow on SVR’s vehicles. Those who had come from ENVY and those who were joining the reincarnation of SVR felt their names were too tightly interwoven with the hue to carry anything else. It was an homage to where they came from and a signal to their future not yet written - members of SVR knew exactly who they were and what they wanted.

Whether it be in a high end vehicle, a street bike, or a cheap car from the Scrapyard, it was the adrenaline rush of a fast race or dangerous pursuit that brought them back together and they’d do anything and everything to get it.

When they see the glowing green, citizens of Los Santos know they’re in for a thrill.

Activities
Often seen participating in:

Racing
Their forever love and the reason they exist. SVR hosts its own site, featuring race tracks, time trials, and a drive to be the fastest. Fueled by their passion for the sport, they’re often found at a track, pushing their vehicles to the limit.

Evading
With a new organization came the need for new tactics to re-cement their status as some of the best drivers in Los Santos. Often seen with sirens following behind them, focusing on the best locations to evade and outsmart law enforcement.

Chopping
Loving the ride, SVR is all about things with motors. Tearing it down and seeing what makes it tick. If you can’t respect your ride or abandon it, don’t expect it to be there when you get back. It’ll be stripped for parts and sold off, or used to bring someone else’s ride to life.

Banks
When it comes to scores, SVR focuses on hitting banks using their street knowledge and driving ability to shake law enforcement and disappear without a trace.

Our Vision
Goals

  • Maintain the racing scene through hosting races and introduction of new tracks and challenges.
  • Continue hosting CMXCIX to organize time trials, race tracks, jammer locations, and more.
  • Re-establish connections and maintain strong relations with former allies.
  • Obtain the lease for the building known as "Home," located south of Los Santos.
  • Establish a name for ourselves that will be less passive than before.
  • Enter the gun running trade and continue transporting in street vehicles.

Rank Structure

  • Most Wanted (High Command)
  • Wanted (Comand)
  • Wheel Man
  • Runner
  • Racer
  • Buster
  • Hangaround

Location
Under a new name and fresh beginnings, the members of SVR gave up their previous home in the industrial area and began expanding further out. After having spent years racing around the DMV, they settled just around the corner from it. SVR has made it’s home in an old run down mechanic shop, maintaining a strong presence in the area.

OOC Expectations

  • No minimum experience required to join. However, SVR has a recruitment test for all new comers into the organization.
  • No form of negativity or toxicity; towards others including other factions.
  • Must be able to demonstrate high roleplay standards and knowledge of all of ECRP server rules.
  • Must have a good standing within ECRP and be willing to take a ‘loss’ in roleplay. It’s okay if a situation doesn’t go your way.
  • Be willing and able to create a welcoming environment for not only those in SVR but the rest of the community.
  • SVR is about roleplay first. Strictly no PVP mentality.

SVR

CMXCIX REFRESH

With SVR ramping back up, it was time for a refresh of cmxcix, the internal tool used to track time trials, racing tracks, jammer assistance, and other information. The current system had done it's work in the past, but it was time to put in the changes that Jams and Lukas previously discussed and wanted.

Settling into his chair, Lukas pulled up the existing codebase for the project, and a notepad and jotting down his ideas:

Updates:

  • Database configuration
    • Time Trials
    •  Public Passphrase
  • Jammer Map
    •  Tiling the map to increase the zooming, to fix the blur issues when zoomed in.
  • Admin Panel
    •  Add time trials across all maps
    •  Updating passphrase

He got to work updating the files one by one and configuring the database tables. After uploading the files to the host under /public_html/, he switched to cmxcix.com/tst/ and began testing the new features, sorting out the issues and pushing it to live. Shortly after, he'd call for a command meeting and take them through the changes.

Then arranged for an SVR by sending out mass messages to his contacts informing them to meet at home and be ready to race tomorrow time trial night. They’d travel down to tracks as a group and begin logging every lap and second into the new database instead of relying on hardcoded information in the codebase.

Unexpected turn of Events

It was a normal Tuesday night, SVR was inside of Chiliad, their tools hard at work disassembling vehicles, one by one, assembly line style. Some members disassembling, others loading and packing the parts, and others holding the lab, ready to defend their fellow members. Everything was going well, until an unfamiliar voice was heard shouting from outside the walls of the lab.
“Who's this” echoed around the area
“SVR” was quickly shouted back
After some silence, anticipation moving through everyone, all that was heard was “DROP YOUR WEAPONS AND SHOW US YOUR HANDS”
Quickly, shots echoed through the forest as the fight broke out. After a view minutes, all that was heard was silence. A quick radio call of “Are we good?”, followed by “Yeah, everyone alright?” Several sighs of reliefs were heard as the fight was cleaned up. Noticing the color red on the ground, a few confused looks were shared around...

The Meeting

After the situation in Chiliad, Luca, confused on why OTF had pushed, sent a text to Jimmy, setting up a meeting to clear things up. Quickly a meeting was scheduled and set. Meet at REDACTED.

Soon, the time came around, SVR pulled up to the meeting location, OTF soon following. Nods were exchanged before the meeting unraveled.

In the end, OTF admitted they were in the wrong, and that there were no hard feelings shared. As the meeting went on, further relations were discussed and settled.

A Handshake between Jimmy and Luca was shared before both parties left the area, the smell of exhaust fumes filling the air as SVR speeds off, smiles being shared knowing that any beef was behind them.

The Race

“Refuel, repair and be at home in 5.” That was the call Lukas made over the radio and not soon after cars started arriving one by one at the lot, ready for the night’s activities. This time an internal event was planned, a race split into two teams, a one versus one, head to head in which the winner gained a point for their team. Dice were thrown down by each member to determine team captains, CJ and Joey securing the spots. One by one they chose their crew until the list was finished.

Team CJ - CJ, Jamie, Andrew, Lukas, Elliot, Mirri

Team Joey - Joey, Mica, Ando, Theo, Robert, Gaven, Sammy

A second dice was done between CJ and Joey to determine the track order, 3 in total for the night. Joey won the dice and went away with the team to discuss, eventually landing on Death Track, down on ‘68. CJ was next with Binco Long, a city track that wraps around the western side of town. Lastly a tie breaker, SVR C, a homemade track that loops around the city starting at the HQ.

The Race

As the night went on and teams went head to head to score points for their team, it was good to see the competitiveness but camaraderie everyone held for each other. When one crashed out, the race was restarted and the night went on without a hitch, not even any Law Enforcement attention. The night came to an end after the last track at home and the scores were tallied up by Lukas, with Team Joey coming in with 8 points, and Team CJ clutching the victory with 9! A congratulations was given and after everything settled down, they split off for the rest of the evening to relax.

Smash and Grab

It was a quiet evening, CJ looking for something new to do decided to try hitting ATM’s. She heard from many people in the past that they weren't worth it. That it was more risk then reward, but she wanted to try for herself, regardless of what others said. After asking Theo and Zoe for some tips she decided to try it out. A bit nervous she had asked Zoe to be waiting nearby scouting out the area and it went great! Getting a couple thousand dollars and no police response she wanted to go again, now fueled by adrenaline. She ended up hitting a couple more without any issues.

Andrew and Luca checked on the radio wondering what everyone was up to and upon hearing Cj did some ATM’s they said it's more profitable if you hook it up to your car and rip it out of the wall, however this meant driving around with the atm tracker until the battery died. The group decided they would all hit them simultaneously, this way multiple trackers would be going off at once so they had a much better chance of not getting caught.
Yoink!

As the group began to rip ATM’s out, there was bound to be issues. Luca and Anderson repeatedly caught the attention of PD but due to their evasion techniques were able to escape successfully. Jamie and Jikola faced a similar dilemma, but with a different outcome. The battery on the ATM was dying and they believed they were in the clear when from the distance, the whirring sirens of an angry police officer could be heard. The pair took these officers throughout the city but nothing was working. Andrew then made the call, “Bring them up Senora, I’ll take their tires”. The group followed this plan with tires being lost on both sides with Jamie and Jikola continuing to evade on three tires and a car with as much stability as Bambi on ice. Luckily, Luca and Anderson were in the area and a simple “stop-and-go” was all the duo needed to switch cars and escape the police who were now angrier than a bull in a China shop.

The group continued to evade and light the police radios up like a Christmas tree and were successful in their operation. After hitting almost every ATM they could find they called it a night. Stashing the cash for a later time when they could give it REDACTED to continue the alliance with them.

Night Grind

Money Moves

It was a laid-back afternoon for SVR when Jayden asked the question of: “Yo, what labs are open?” Anderson, already having checked them the day before, linked up with Mica to scout today’s options. After a quick look around the city and up north, a spot was picked, and everyone got ready, strapped up, bagged up their ingredients, and rolled out. Once we pulled up, Joey and Mica wasted no time. They both knocked out their fifty cooks smooth and clean without any drama or issues, just in and out. CJ still had hers to finish due to lack of tables though, so a move was made and we swapped to a different lab, riskier, but we made it work. She got her crack cook done also without a single issue. Another successful cook for SVR.

Winding Down

After sitting around in labs all night, Andrew made a call, it was time to chill and do some races. Binco track was the track of choice. Everyone had five minutes to fuel up, get repairs, and line up. After running laps for a while something fresh was needed. Anderson tossed out the idea of playing a game of Follow the Leader, and everyone agreed. We met up at Legion, picked a runner, Luca stepping up to the challenge, and the chase kicked off. His route was sporadic, cutting through Vespucci and Vinewood with the whole crew tight behind despite Luca trying to lose them on the corners. Unfortunately, things took a turn. A nasty crash took out both Luca and CJ, putting an early end to the game. Still, the chase was solid and everybody was in good spirits, it was a good way to wrap up the night.

SVR Car Meet

Event Planning

It all started with Theo messing around on Assured duty trying to come up with an event to get Assured's name out there. “Club night hmm maybe a cops versus crims debate”. Then it clicked to him, he had freshly joined SVR, a gang with a deep past in events. Car meets, street takeovers, they had done everything. He came up with the idea for a simple car meet in the underground parking of Assured Services headquarters. He reached out to Arlo with the idea and he said yes. Theo then made some plans with SVR and arranged a good get together sit down to iron out the details.

They ended up with a two vehicle raffle and a car competition, the winner 100k each. The vehicles a shinobi and a D5. Theo got onto it and started promoting the event, reaching out to other gang leaders inviting them to come along and compete.

The Event Unfolds

The raffle went as well as anyone could have predicted. SVR made millions to deposit into their new treasury off the raffle tickets alone, selling more tickets than anyone could have anticipated.

On the day of the event everything was set up and ready, the booths were open and the lights were shining. The stage was ready, then an idea clicked and Theo, Arlo, and Vincent started tagging the carpark with Assured and SVR, making the place look more lively and less dull. Then the time of the event came, hopes were high and people started flowing in, filling every parking spot that was available, the mood was high, the tunes were bumpin and the cars were revin. As the event went on Theo, Arlo, and Luca walked around looking for who would walk away with the 100k. It was a tough choice, it took multiple rounds to find the cars that they felt truly deserved the winnings. They ended up all voting for a clean and sleek Elegy retro custom for the best looking, a Brioso custom for most creative, and a pair of clean Sultan RS’s for best team comp. As the night faded and the sun rose the event slowly came to an end with both SVR and Assured very pleased with how it turned out.

Relations 101

Change of Events

Anderson called all SVR members to gather at home with their vehicles ready and prepared to head out for a cook, as they recently scored big robbing some high rollers, acquiring the materials for roughly 250 LSD. After scouting some of the labs and confirming what was open, it was clear their preferred lab was occupied by their allies from [REDACTED], making the other labs less ideal.

With the members ready to move, their focus shifted, instead of cooking the plan switched to strengthening ties with the local dealers around their home that were associated with The Cartel, to make their presence in the area known.

Teamwork

Anderson split the members into groups to get to work:

Group 1:
Mirri and Andrew - Assigned to scout and collect vehicles

Group 2:
Lukas, Jamie, and Sammy - Assigned to collect vehicles and sell the parts to the dealers

Group 3:
Anderson and Cj - Assigned to the chop shop, ready to scrap the vehicles being dropped off.

Relation Building

As vehicles were constantly being picked up and dropped off at their private location, group two would continue to collect crates once every two cars were chopped. They made their way to nearby dealers at their home, selling the parts and making sure everyone within the area knew SVR was active. Dealer after dealer, they offloaded vehicle parts, leaving behind their tag on the wall, SVR’s neon green three letters.

The operations would continue deep into the night, pulling in a total of $346,684 in pure profit. Cuts being handed out to members involved, and a portion being dropped into SVR’s large but growing treasury.

Hit em Hard... Drive away fast

With the chopping operation wrapping up with all the vehicles disappearing off the streets of Los Santos, while riding the adrenaline high they decided to hit a few stores in their vehicles showcasing the green neon shining off the streets below them. They pulled up to a store, rushed inside and placed the cashier under gun point, taking as much cash as they could before speeding off in their vehicles and visiting the local business man, enforcing the message that SVR will run the South side of Los Santos, specifically the area around Los Santos International Airport.

Relations

Where Emerald meets Darkness

SVR were scheduled to meet with Shadows at their home base. They stood by their cars, the calming noise of their idling engines and the waves crashing by the beach filled the atmosphere. Moments later, the Shadows arrived, their presence commanding, their leader walking with the quiet certainty of someone used to making the rules. The two groups walked up to each other and stood across from one another, as they all removed their masks and exchanged formalities. They then proceeded to discuss relations between one another…

The Past is Lost

The meeting with Lost MC, however, was a little different. The two organizations have some history, back when SVR were remembered as a different organization. Lukas has instructed everyone that was planning to attend this meeting to be armed to the teeth, just as a precaution if anything bad were to go down, and to also show Lost MC that they will not be stepped on like last time. The meet was to go down at the Drift Arena. As per usual, SVR arrived first, with Lukas sitting outside the Arena to make sure there was no trap set up or any cops tailing The Lost into the Drift Arena. As Lost MC arrived, and after a few confusing radio calls for a potential helicopter circling the area, it was clear. Lukas then drove down to the Arena to officially start the meeting between the two organizations.

No Russian

The Lost meeting went well. The same could not be said for the reason behind why SVR scheduled a meeting with Bratva. One day, Lukas was speeding down San Andreas Ave when he had a traffic collision with another vehicle. Turns out, it was a member of Bratva. He survived the collision, Lukas on the other hand, got injured in the incident. The individual began trash-talking Lukas and proceeded to go through his belongings and take some of them, which included a jacket, sentimental to Lukas and a good 95% of SVR’s members, it was an ENVY Jacket. Upon arriving at Pillbox MD to be treated of his wounds, Lukas called out on radio that he was robbed. Everyone on the frequency strapped up and located the Bratva member swiftly. He tried escaping but unfortunately flipped his Scout on a hilltop. Members of SVR stopped him from escaping by shooting him in the leg to limit his mobility, and retrieve the stolen items back. They left the man alive, just so he could remember that he messed with the wrong group of people.  They would find out that the Bratva member’s name was REDACTED This was brought up at the meeting they had with Bratva, but their command team had no knowledge of this incident. Lukas decided that this incident can be swept under the rug, and proceeded to move the relations between SVR and Bratva to a Mutual Neutrality.

Luca’s Vehicle Scavenger Hunt

“I have very upsetting news.”

SVR members gathered at home, looking to Luca for answers. Once all the available members arrived, Luca started splitting members off into teams. Confused by what was happening, anxiety for the answer that was building. Luca explained to them that four of his prized possessions had been “stolen”. The gathered members were tasked with finding all of the vehicles, located somewhere in Los Santos. They must steal the vehicles back and bring them safely home.

The Hunt

The teams made their way to their fastest cars. After Luca gave the signal, the teams raced off to find the missing vehicles. Scattering all over the city, teams searched all the well known places that Luca could have been. After the first two cars were found and returned, the remaining teams tried to make sense of the clues given.
The teams who had yet to find a vehicle were starting to get desperate. Two teams arrived at one of the missing vehicles, taking turns lockpicking and hotwiring the vehicle. Shawn was victorious in his attempts, stealing the vehicle away from Mica and Mana, and his team relieved to find and retrieve at least one.

The Return

With all of Luca’s vehicles returned safely, a wave of relief could be felt among the members. The teams talked amongst each other, discussing where they found each of the vehicles. All hoped to do something fun as a group again soon.

Relay Races

The Start

It was a dark and stormy night, Lukas was sitting in his apartment, it was late and he was getting tired, however, he couldn’t stop reminiscing on the old days, he was racking his brain on how SVR needed to get back to basics. SVR hadn’t had a race day for a long time, so that’s what he decided. Lukas ensured to get the word out to his fellow members that they needed to be around.

The following day mostly all of SVR had shown up to the call, this is where Lukas addressed the group. “It’s time,” he said with a grin. “Relay race. Like old times”. Shawn glanced around, noticing a few smirks - everyone already imagining the chaos to come. Three teams of four were formed, the captains being Lukas, Samantha & Mica. They voted on a track, and without hesitation, chose the Truckers track. It had been ages since they'd raced there.

Off to the Races

Everyone quickly made their way to the truckers yard where the formation was explained and the racers were placed against each other. Three at a time the racers lined up, one from each team, they then took off, their engines bellowing in the distance, attempting to best each other on the track.

The races then finished with Lukas jumping in the air cheering for his team, “Rizzard of Oz on top!”. The other racers frowned with anger, shouting out excuses to possibly be able to justify their reasoning for losing. Despite the playful arguments, laughter filled the air. They were family. Win or lose, that never changed.
Image

Rematch?

Gaven then calls out on the radio, his speech muffled by the sound of chewing, though still audible; “Rematch at LSD?”, multiple voices burst through the radio agreeing with him, sounding rather excited once again. Engines roared back to life as they headed north to the Drift Gas Station. The racers lined up on the edge of the eastern side of the Gas Station, getting ready to race, unfortunately a LSSD Kamacho storms through, exiting their vehicle and pulling Vincent aside for reasons unknown.

Samantha and Mica revved their engines, ignoring the ongoing commotion. Tires screeched as they launched down the road. Whilst the Deputy continued to harass Vincent regarding some form of investigation, he hadn’t realised that he had left his Kamacho unattended at the entrance to the store.

Change of Pace

Shawn watched carefully, a sly grin forming. Andrew picked up on this, moving his car to block the view. Shawn ran to pick the lock to the vehicle, knowing the engine was still running.

Following 45 anxiety-filled seconds, an audible click could be heard as the lock released, promptly unlocking the vehicle. Shawn reacted quickly, immediately running to the door and swinging it open, jumping inside and smashing down on the accelerator taking off in a quick manoeuvre, laughter and shouts filled the radio as the racers followed behind, their engines bellowing into the distance.

EVADE

The high of street racing is rarely matched, only outclassed by one thing, evading police capture. For a long time in SVR one of our fundamental principles is if you get chased, you finish the track and then disperse. Us versus them, freedom versus prison. It’s quite simple but the adrenaline we get from it is unparalleled, and in those moments we really get to test our skills, not only with the car but with communication as a group. Lately the police have been taking a harder stance with SVR and have escalated to record heights of force against us.

EVOLVE

As the escalation of LEO retaliation against SVR continues, the crew need to stay on their toes one step ahead at all times. An effective countermeasure against this escalation has been utilising spike strips, strategically placing them where they won’t expect it, not only to lose ground units decommissioning them for a while but also as a way to gain space and distance to lose the pursuers. Our second tried and true method is hitting vehicle drop spots which involves ditching your current car for another at a strategic location to send police for a loop, ensuring chaos for a short while as they come to their senses and usually by that time, we’re gone.

REWARD

With hard fought battles come rewards. The Cartel reached out and offered us a spot within their scope, introducing and enabling us to work with Johnny Biggs, a mechanic that resides near our main spot near the Airport. We’ll be keeping an eye out on expanding in the future but for now, we’re going to be focused on improving relations and escaping police custody at all costs.

Takeover

The Plan
One night, during a chat with the command team, Sammy spoke up, she was bored and craving chaos. She wanted to bring back the old days, giant races, mass evasions, a full-blown street takeover. That was all we needed to hear. A plan came together quickly. We picked a date, scouted jammer spots, sent out invites, and locked everything in. Now it just needed to happen.

Preparations
The key to pulling this event off? Radio jammers. Two were already secured by Sammy, but we needed a third. After reaching out to our network of contacts, someone finally agreed to import the final jammer. We all grabbed our cars and grouped up to grab it from the drop spot. But when we rolled up, it was clear something wasn’t right. Vehicles were on site that didn’t belong to either organization. Still, Mica wasn’t backing down. She drove in, snatched the jammer in her terminus, and instantly got chased. Her plan to go off-road was met with force, PD rammed and flipped her Terminus, leading to her arrest and the loss of the jammer. But we didn’t quit, another order was placed the next morning, and this time, it went off without a hitch.

The Takeover
Everyone met up at home to finalize the plan. Radio frequencies were assigned, roles discussed. Then we rolled out to High End to meet the participants and break down the night’s events.Crews from all over were already gathering when we arrived. Once everyone was on the same radio frequency, we kicked things off at our first location: Del Perro.
At Del Perro, more crews joined in , spinning donuts, blocking intersections, just having fun. And then, as expected, PD arrived in full force. Multiple high-speed units tried to shut us down, but we weren’t having it. We kept going. That’s when they escalated, bringing out a Brickade and multiple Kamachos, ramming cars and being aggressive.
We scattered. The plan was to split them up and regroup in front of Alta and it worked. At Alta, we resumed the chaos, locking down roads again. When PD showed up, we hit them with the card we had kept up our sleeve. Radio jammers were placed all around the city. Their comms were down, their response was confused, they scattered, we now had the upper hand. Our next stop was Strawberry. Things were back on track, but it wasn’t long before one of the chases found its way back to the circle, setting off a chain reaction. Suddenly, four cars were in active pursuits. Most managed to lose their tails, all but Andrew. To help him, we headed to a classic spot, Del Perro Tunnel, as Andrew passed we closed off the other lanes leading the cops right into spikes. Most units got hit. Some rammed us or each other, all that was left was the heli, and it was relentless. Andrew used every trick in the book, but the heli stuck with him. In the end, a risky move into the sewers stalled him out and that was the end of his run.

Cooldown
With the heat cooling off, we regrouped for one final activity, a closing lap around Taco Bomb. Nearly twenty cars lined up, three honks later, the race was on. The lap was clean, fast, and close, the perfect end to a chaotic night. After the lap, everyone shared their thanks and went back to their own radios and responsibilities. The takeover was done, and it was a massive success.

The Concept

Lukas sat at the garage after a long day evading law enforcement and questioning how to prove further that SVR were the best of the best within the city when it comes to street racing and evading. He decided on a challenge night with another organization, where each organization would attend on the night and host one on one races, org vs org, with a prize pool involved or walking away with bragging rights from winning the event

Lukas reached out to [redacted] first with the challenge and a $100,000 prize pool, and they refused to enter at this time. So, questioning who next, he reached out to [redacted] and offered the same event, only to be met with refusal to partake. Questioning his next decision, he reached out to Redline Motorsports, the legals, but with a taste of speed and constantly racing at high speeds throughout the city. He was met with intrigue from their command team and wanting to be involved, a date was set and a meeting location shared.

Race Day

Redline arrived at SVR's headquarters as SVR stood in a line awaiting the challenge, locking eyes with them as competition. It was decided that each leader from SVR and Redline would pick a track each and a third track would be decided by a dice roll decision. As the guests, SVR suggested Redline pick the first track. They named The Wanted Reup track, and engines were racing to the starting location as each organization picked their member to race and matching cars to make it fair across the board and showing who is the better driver, resulting in SVR taking the win on the track.

SVR piled together deciding their track before landing on one of their own designed tracks, Waterfall, and taking Redline on a few practice laps of the track to show them the layout. Both organizations continued running the track throughout the night, resulting in SVR taking the win for this track.

Due to the amount of fun the groups were having, it was decided to move to a third track and continue the activity. Lukas and Sanjay rolled their dice together, and Sanjay rolled higher before Redline grouped up and returned with a track, Observatory, as comments were shared that it had been a long time since this track had been run and that it was nice seeing cars piled up in the parks.

Morale
Elliot arrived at their HQ otherwise known as, “Home” after some time away in Tijuana, Mexico with the local race crews. He jumped onto the newest batch of frequencies and made himself known, before being greeted with a loud, “Yo, it’s Chilli Tuesday! Strap up, we’re heading over to Low End lab, then Chili.” Elliot met up with his mate, Gaven Montasser and both of them became equipped with blunts and some weaponry before heading over to the first lab.

Confrontation

After SVR entered Low End lab, they set up. A couple of members went up the Silos for a good angle, others went up the crane and some hid inside. The rest began their cooks on the empty tables and began some friendly banter over the radio. One of our scouts interrupts the chatter, and informs everyone of a black Vagner, confirmed Dark Army members entering the lab. SVR is ready and watching their move. They jump out, take out their guns and within an instant start shout their demands before rushing inside the lab. The radio is full of chaos, callouts coming from every direction. “Behind the generator!”, “By the blue trailer at the back!”. More Dark Army vehicles enter during the shootout to assist in taking over the lab. After some time, SVR manages to kill every member of Dark Army, while only losing two of their own. They decide to finish their cook, and then move to the next spot to get away from the possible suspicion the shootout has drawn.

Chili Surprise

After some repairs, SVR decides to migrate over to the Chili lab to potentially chop and cook together. Upon entering the lab, they are met with two individuals who are already chopping a vehicle. SVR greets them, talks to them for a bit and concludes that they’re a chill couple. Within seconds, SVR is given demands again, catching them by surprise and another shootout has erupted. Within seconds, the two guys were injured and killed, standing no chance. SVR held Chili lab, cooking and taking the deceased couple crates of chopped car parts, the result of their labour beforehand.

Wind Down

After a busy day, the group decided to end things on a quiet note with their favourite thing to do, run some laps. A callout was made to race Observatory, a track that has not seen some light in a while, so everyone was pretty keen in giving it some life again. Laps after laps, the crew tore through Observatory under the city lights, ending the night on their own terms with engines roaring, spirits high.

Botched Banks
Following the wild week after snatching up the new SVR money guy near the airport, the crew found themselves chilling at Home swapping stories, laughing, and tossing around ideas for their next big criminal adventure. One hot topic? That bank job they’d tried earlier in the week… and completely botched.

As the sun lowered below the skyline, CJ turned to the group and asked if anyone was keen to go chop some cars. She and Mirri had already spotted a few rides that looked ripe for the picking easy money just waiting to be made.

Midnight Metal
With the plan in motion, CJ, Mirri, and two others headed off to set up the chop site at [REDACTED], while Gaven, Lukas, and the rest gathered the tools they’d need. As the night wore on, things went surprisingly smooth. One by one, they grabbed a string of abandoned cars, tearing them apart and selling the parts at their dealers, ensuring that the Cartel was satisfied and business booming.

Once the job was wrapped, Gaven and CJ met up again at [REDACTED] to count the cash and to their surprise, they’d pulled in just over $400K! Stoked with the score, they quickly radioed the others, who were eagerly waiting for their cut of the night's dirty work.

On an average day for the people of SVR, when we aren’t involved in chases or racing we take time to practice wherever we can, whether it's from callouts, to pursuit practice and improving our driving in general.

On a day like this one, we were given a challenge: To find any abandoned car within the time frame of 5 minutes and bring it to HQ, so we can see what type of vehicles everyone found. Once we’ve seen and compared what vehicles people have found, we were instructed to get them ready at the starting line. The idea was to race using unfamiliar vehicles and turn it into a fun experiment for everyone! As we got into our starting positions anticipating how the race was going to turn out, it turned into something fun and exciting for all, with laughter and chatter echoing through the radios from start to finish.

Moving on to the vehicles, instead of using our usual supers that we are used to, it was decided that it was time for a change and go back to “normal cars” using JDM vehicles for our next practice. The next practice being “follow the leader” aka a mock pursuit, each member will roll a dice to determine who will start first. Once we have our “leader” we start the pursuit, with the car closest to the leader calling out the directions they’re taking. With some finding it easy and some finding it challenging, it's always a good way to help us all learn our strengths and weaknesses when driving and communicating, while enjoying the chaos that unfolds along the way. This pursuit ends with either the “leader” stalling out or we box them in preventing them from continuing their pursuit.

With each pursuit and callout changes, it gets both harder and easier as routes get memorised but directions forgotten. This leaves some confused and lost, while others right on track behind the “leader”. This really allows us to see who knows what. Sometimes it’s not all about driving, but also knowing where you are and who you are with. Understanding our strengths and weaknesses helps us improve and strive to be better.

Automatic Teller Machines

The San Andreas Government is startled and unsure what to do as of late as the crime rate sky rockets as criminals target ATM machines, ripping them out of walls causing property damage for buildings, businesses and the banks, sending a shockwave of work for Law Enforcement and the folks at City Hall, leaving them speechless.

Meanwhile, SVR got to work.

Luca and Andrew took to their Kamachos and loaded up with rope and crowbars making short work of the ATM machines, bricks and debris falling to the floor in a dusty mess as the now dislodged hunks of metal scrape against the asphalt, hauled away by the brothers. It wasn’t long before the tracker alerted Law Enforcement, sending units in a craze in their general direction, the GPS pinging every so often to update the boys’ location.

The best place to dodge police interference was the mountains, as Luca and Andrew knew their vehicles all too well and how to use the terrain to their advantage. A pursuit or two occurred throughout the night but ultimately they were too good for LEOS, coming out on top with several machines left broken, abandoned and devoid of cash. The packs were handed over to their dealers and the marked packs were cleaned, totaling over $100,000 in funds removed from the government, safely in the brothers’ pockets.

The beginning

Upon the fresh remodel of the new home to SVR, Vince was finally able to do something that he had been wanting to do. It was time to bring his vision to light, it was time to reignite his passion in cars. Vince went to every dealership in San Andreas looking for the perfect car, countless hours spent researching, comparing visions and ideas on how each one would look. But one stood out above all others, the Annis Remus. It was perfect, it had plenty of options that made it stand out above all others to make it really personal. Vince made his way down to 68 Mania and got his blank canvas.

Bringing it home

After signing all the documents, and paying for the Remus, Vince made his way back home. It was time to get to work. As soon as Vince pulled into the garage it was straight to the computer, it was time to find the perfect selection of parts to make the car his own. Vince scoured the internet filling the basket with as many parts as he could. Valve covers, turbo kits, body kits, new wheels and tires, paint, everything he could think of. The cost just kept racking up, but Vince knew it was all going to be worth it in the end.

Enlisting help

It was time. As the truck backed in and the parts started to be unloaded, Vince knew this was not just a task for himself, but he needed help. Vince approached Sammy Jo with the idea and the goal and she loved it and was eager to help. Vince also enlisted the help of CJ. There they were in the garage, getting their hands dirty removing all the stock parts tearing the car down to its bare bones before redressing it, creating its own personality.

The final results

After weeks of long, hard work it was time, time to get the car painted. This was it, the finish line for this project that had been a work in progress, a tribute to the time Vince had spent with his dad as a kid building low riders. After seeing the final results Vince knew he had made the right choice in car. A feeling of pride came across Vince, seeing this vehicle complete brought back the feeling he had as a teenager building cars with his dad.

Alliances Broken

The Challenge

In the city of Los Santos, racing organizations came and went as often as the sun rose - it wasn’t abnormal for members of SVR to hear another crew had come together one day, only to find them no longer existing within the week. This constant state of impermanence naturally led to the utmost respect for those who managed to stick around long enough to get noticed and the crew who called Mosley’s their home base was near the top of SVR’s list.

So when it came time for SVR to expand at the request of the power that be, and the realization they had to inch their way into claimed territory was discovered, to them the solution was obvious: a singular race, winner takes the area and begins to sweet talk the men who worked there. Luca sent a text to their leader.

He hadn’t anticipated the response. After all, he and those he called family would risk nearly anything for the sake of a good race - that’s what this lifestyle was all about. That others wouldn’t was a disappointment and not long after, an ultimatum was given: they could race for the privilege of working with the man in the docks or SVR would take it by force.

What happened next was a spiral. Businessmen were swayed between SVR and Alliance nightly; graffiti laid claim to not only contested areas but home bases as well. It was a few days of the back and forth before the members of SVR gathered and discussed their next steps. In war, you hit the enemy where it hurts. And the one thing SVR valued above all else was their fleet of vehicles… surely Alliance were the same.

Between continued operations, the members of SVR were given one clear directive: their vehicles were the primary focus for mayhem. In Luca’s mind, if they weren’t willing to race them for the ultimate price, why should they remain pristine?

It started small. Taking a door from an errant car left unattended in their parking lot. A note left by a freshly keyed paint job. Engines were taken and fancy cars were left to rot all over the state.
Then the chases and kidnappings began. Both SVR and Alliance would find one another in areas they didn’t belong and it became abundantly clear there was no ending peacefully just yet.

A hostage was taken. Several Alliance were killed. A message was made clear.

They had the power to end this. All it took was a simple race - something they claimed to value. Something they claimed to be all about. If SVR lost, they would walk away peacefully and accept defeat.

Whether or not Alliance agreed to the challenge was yet to be seen. If they didn’t, SVR was ready for the next round of chaos.

Alliances Broken Pt. 2

Continuation

Days rolled into weeks as the conflict continued. After their visit to Overlook with a member of Alliance at gunpoint, SVR regrouped. They dropped their iconic neon green for the time being in the name of catching the enemy off guard. A parking lot that had not long ago sat littered with their expensive vehicles remained empty for long stretches at a time. What had started as annoyance a racing crew refused to race had turned into an all out war.

It wasn’t just the continued swaying of businessmen, tagging areas, or destruction of vehicles. As the conflict dragged on, both sides began to put more pressure.

Alliance claimed SVRs HQ as their own. SVR stole hundreds of thousands from them in retaliation and painted the walls of Mosley’s in neon green while destroying dozens of treasured memories. Alliance sweet talked several of SVRs business dealers. SVR found Alliance’s second in command and left him penniless and with a warning to stand down. Alliance chased SVR when they were caught in the Mosley’s parking lot. SVR forced them to pay with their lives when the chase got flipped and their members sought safety with law enforcement.

The damage was becoming insurmountable. Luca once again reached out to their leader offering an out: any blood of his members that had been shed was on his hands. All Alliance needed to do was race SVR and the battle could be over. To sweeten the deal, a large cash prize was also offered.

It finally seemed like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. With both organizations willing to bring their Command together to meet unarmed and waving a tentative white flag, SVR was confident they’d walk away from the situation on top.

Despite the troubles the organizations had caused one another, the meeting went as peacefully as one could expect. Concerns over the race were aired out and resolved. Stipulations were put into place and a middle ground was found: every 30 days, SVR and Alliance would race for the opportunity to work with the man at the docks and the loser would willingly retreat from the area until they were victorious in the monthly challenge.

That should have been the end of it. But as with all the best laid plans, a wrench was thrown into the equation when The Cartel brought more businessmen into the area. What was once a simple deal with equal opportunities for both organizations to profit became infinitely more complicated when Alliance was introduced immediately to a man directly in the middle of contested areas to assist them with a conflict that had already found a resolution.

Though SVR by all accounts had won the war, in one fell swoop they no longer held leverage. Without control of the man promised to Alliance, they were blocked in and unable to expand in the future.

And while they were told that it was perhaps an oversight and should not have occurred, the damage had been done. Luca had to decide between the pride of winning and the future of SVR.

For three years, he’d put his family first and this situation - while a bitter pill to swallow - was no different. He called for a meeting with Alliance one final time and offered them the man on the docks in exchange for the one given by The Cartel.

It wasn’t a surprise Alliance took the deal. What was a surprise, however, was Ed’s insistence they continue to race for something of value in the future while they talked out their plans. Alliance would control the dock side; SVR would control the LSIA side.

While it wasn’t the end SVR wanted, it was one that would have to suffice. New business meant new opportunities and if his time in Los Santos had taught him anything, it was that new opportunities meant new challengers. After their final meeting two things were agreed: they’d find something worth racing over to get that adrenaline rush and together, they’d make sure no others moved into the area they’d fought to secure for weeks.

---

I’d like to thank Alliance for the roleplay over the past two weeks. It was engaging and a lot of fun all around.

The Plan
The idea was simple; a Gumball style race, point to point with tasks to be completed at each point. Once the task was completed they would be rewarded with a picture of the next location and a car part. After completing all 8 tasks they would have all the pieces of a car and then need to assemble it and race it around the track to complete the event.

The Set Up
Cj and Vincent took the lead, strategically picking out locations that were fairly well known with a few harder ones mixed in. They drove around to each location trying to think what tasks would suit the area and what order they should be in to make it the most fun.
Once the locations and tasks had been sorted there was still the question of what cars would be dismantled and how they would acquire them. The first thought was to use scrap cars but quickly learned they wouldn't be able to so they reached out to their contacts and were able to place an order for Rhapsody's to be shipped in at a very low cost.
While they waited for those to be delivered Cj and Vincent drove around to the locations once more to take high quality polaroid pictures of each stop.
All that was left to do was get the cars. With the help of Lukas and Andrew, they were able to buy the Rhapsody's and bring them back to dismantle them at. Many members of SVR were waiting to help, ensuring to safely take the parts off the vehicles and securing them for future use.

Event Day
Cj called everyone home 1 hour before to get everything organized. SVR members were assigned a location and given a bag with the photos and car parts for their area. While Cj was getting that sorted Vincent went around and hung up posters at each location stating what task they needed to complete. Then Cj, Vincent, Andrew and Mirri went to the starting location to meet with the teams that had come to participate.
Members from Rooks, Alliance, and Los Locos showed up to compete for the 250K prize pool. The rules were explained, the first photo was given and they were off.
The first picture showed a Hedge Maze and without any hesitation all 5 teams headed straight to the Kortz Center to finish the maze and get their first car part and next photo.
The teams raced around trying to determine where each photo was telling them to go. Completing a range of tasks including activities such as running and climbing, swimming and catching a fish, solving a riddle, racing around the red lights track and drifting around the Observatory.

Chaos Unfolds
As the teams approached the third task, at the northern point of Paleto, chaos began to flood the radio. Teams stating they are being shot at, one team specifically mentioning their tire had been taken. In the background of the radio you could hear the sounds of giggling. The team mentioned there were no rules and it was a free for all. No sooner that the shots took place, SD in numbers arrived at the third task location. Swarming participants to investigate the root of the shots fired.

Amidst the chaos one team even crashed, stalled and flipped their vehicle, but they didn't let that stop them. Instead they called up DCC and had a taxi driver help figure out where the photo was and drove them to the next location. Bonus point for creativity!

The Race
Once the final task was completed the last photo given showed off the casino track. The remaining teams raced over there where SVR was already waiting with the disassembled cars.

Each team got to work putting the car back together and ultimately it was Rooks who finished first, winning them the first prize. Once all the cars were assembled they lined up and did 3 laps around the track where Rooks once again took the lead and won the second prize, followed by Alliance then Los Locos. Many participants also took home their Rapsody to remember the fun.

Overall it turned out to be a great success! Everyone participating loved it and were already asking to be invited to the next SVR event.

Late into the night, when the city seems mostly asleep, that's when the streets of Los Santos come alive with the sound of engines, tires squealing, and the sounds of police sirens. SVR has started a new adrenaline-fueled addiction to prove they’re the best drivers in the city. Every night ATM after ATM is pulled out of the walls of buildings. SVR doesn't back down. They take the heat of the chase every single time.

Despite the challenge being limited to a select few vehicles like the Vigero and Kamacho, they’ve been hooking ATMs and leading relentless chases, skillfully out driving anyone in a pursuit, all while dragging the stolen ATM’s behind them just waiting for the battery to run out. Limitations? Irrelevant. Results? Pockets full of packed cash and their egos riding high as the police lights fade into the distance.
But pulling ATM’s is just one part of their daily operations. SVR continues to thrive in ripping through the streets participating in races, building new custom tracks,  chopping cars, creating new spots for both drops and spikes. Continuing to evade and turn every  encounter with law enforcement into massive chases and overall chaos that they control, continuing to build the crew’s growing reputation.
In a city full of wannabes, SVR isn’t just making noise, they’re setting the bar.

Building Momentum

Cooking Never Stops
The week started off slower. Lukas woke up to find the crew already inside Sea Labs, keeping the lab under their control. The lab was theirs for the taking, as Zoey taking the lead of the operations had split the members up into two groups. Some were tasked with running vehicles back and forth to the chop shop setup, while the rest of the group were stationed on the tables inside the lab. Batch after batch, vehicle after vehicle, the product of each was being picked up, packed, and stored away in their stash houses, ensuring that their supply was maintained and available.

Growth In Ranks
Outside of operations, Lukas put the focus on his people. The hangarounds continued to show up and push themselves forward, proving their worth to the group. For Lukas, it’s never about them being seen and around, it’s about loyalty, respect, and showing that you fit in with the group.

New Locations
Members have spent time scouting and testing new locations to be used against law enforcement and other groups. Several spike locations have been found and tested, giving SVR more options to control situations when law enforcement is on their tail. Drop locations put into use, giving everyone safer ways to move and escape.

Looking Ahead
This week was quieter than usual. However, Lukas was sitting thinking about the value within the last week. Holding new turfs, cooking without interruptions, and watching new members step up and take their position within the organization. The successful test of new locations will only add to the strength moving forwards.
