Being able to lock a car whilst carrying someone.

Lately i've seen many people just camping at pillbox, waiting for people to bring their injured friends. As soon as they try taking out hte injured person, they just get in the car and abuse the system. Since u can not lock any car while carrying someone. 

Making a report about it, i get the answer there is not really a rule against it. 
In my opinion this kinda falls under powergaming? Since we can not lock our vehicles while carrying someone because of the script, the car stealers know this OOC. Why else wait at pillbox waiting for cars with injured players. This is starting to get out of hand. I understand u can turn the engine off, but when ur in a hurry with ur friend u just drove from sandy shores u don't think about it, since it is kinda FAILRP since there is so many CCTV's and people.

Not keeping in mind if its day or night.

In general, just fix this please.

I recommend calling 911 if you have an injured friend for the best experience.

i agree with you but there are already 3 solutions -
1) is simple turning off the engine and/or dropping your friend and locking the car
2) have another friend in the vehicle that can protect the vehicle while you are helping your buddy
3) there could possibly be soon a place where you can avoid any interactions with police or random car stealers and help your friend as well. cant wait for it to open, because not everybody would know about it and there would be a lot more RP opportunities.

Also, I hate to argue against but I gotta say it - as quickly scriptwise you can save your friend`s life and afterwards he/she can easily walk to your vehicle - that is not realistic, but making it realistic would make it lot less fun whenever you get injured.
So if you dont have a friend watching over your engine running unlocked vehicle while you are in hospital for possibly hours to watch over your dying friend, how can the hospital staff know ICly that the guy who took your car isnt a friend?
What if that friend is actually a friend who was at Pillbox before, who is now trying to remove the evidence?
What if the car has bullet holes and PD will approach it just to inspect it and then immediately look in your trunk or glove compartment? Blood on the seats?

We introduce this rule then roleplay starts dying in my opinion, we don`t introduce this rule, people will keep abusing it.
Just try to do one of those 3 solutions I mentioned and I think all will be good
