voice problems

i have a problem using voice in game( N and M) both of these do not work for me. i tried relogging, and driving away and relog. none of these options help me. i have all the settings in game(see picture) no-one can hear me, the week before everyone could.

Double check that the microphone is the default device in Windows.

Control Panel > Sound > Recording > Right click the Microphone you want and select Set as Default Device

I know this might sound like a dumb solution but you wouldn't believe the number of times that was an actual solution that people overlook due to its simplicity ,check the box you received with the G430 headset and make sure your microphone is not muted , hit me back with the response by tagging me ( Using @ followed by my name ) and I will reply with more solutions to your problem depending on your answer , just would like to get this one out and checked before we proceed to any more complicated ones

Glad to hear that, can you please reply with the way you have fixed your microphone, just so it's out there in case anyone else has similar problems @pepijn26

i said it: i just had to reinstall my drivers and did that trick that other guy said above "Double check that the microphone is the default device in Windows.

Yeah in order for your microphone to work in any application that offers multiple recording devices you will need to select it as your default device it's not only GTA so you might've just saved yourself some trouble down the line as well
