How many times did this issue appear for you?: All the time.

Issue/bug you are reporting: Players are able to adjust their radio after they are tackled and still on the ground. They are also able to adjust their radio while they are still stunned.

Expected behavior: Players should not be able to adjust their radio when they are ragdolled/stunned.

Players should also not be able to speak on the radio while stunned/ragdolled.
