F4 should redirect to 'My Factions' instead of 'All Factions'

F4 redirects to 'All Factions' by default. We can be in 3 factions. The buttons do exist to navigate. For convenience and logic, it should redirect 'My Factions' instead of 'All Factions'.

With the recent influx of official factions due to FM 2.0, it does make sense to have a filter for "my factions."

There is already a page for 'My Factions', but F4 loads directly into 'All Factions' rather than 'My Factions' (that is the suggestion) and it's very bad because searching through mixed lines is annoying.

Current factions a player is in used to be prioritized to be listed at the very top of the list in the past but they no longer do.
