How many times did this issue appear for you?: Whenever I try doing one of the anims

Issue/bug you are reporting: /anim rock, paper and scissors doesnt actually do anything. It says the animation started, but nothing happens.

Expected behavior:  after doing /anim rock, paper or scissors, I expect an animation to actually start
