INTRODUCTION
Two childhood friends, once bound by their shared experiences on the gritty streets of their neighbourhood, found their paths intertwined in the world of crime. Over the years, they climbed the ranks of various powerful criminal organizations, learning the intricacies of the underworld. They participated in high-stakes heists, orchestrated elaborate cons, and masterminded complex operations, all while observing the inner workings of the syndicates they served. Despite their success and the respect they garnered, the friends became disillusioned with the traditional methods of running a criminal organization. They saw flaws in the leadership, inefficiencies in the operations, and a lack of loyalty and vision. The constant power struggles and betrayals left them yearning for something different, something better. They believed there was a more effective way to run a criminal empire, one that combined precision, loyalty, and innovation. Determined to create an organization that embodied their vision, they decided to break away from their past affiliations and establish their own enterprise. Thus, Black Crop was born. The name itself symbolized their desire to cultivate a new kind of criminal organization, one that would stand out in the underworld for its unique approach and strategic brilliance.

CURRENT SITUATION

Black Crop had flourished beyond its founders’ wildest dreams. Their sophisticated operations and strategic brilliance earned them a formidable reputation between the criminal organisations that they worked with. However, their success and general drug volumes in the city drew the attention of law enforcement. A series of coordinated raids led to the shutdown of several key manufacturing locations, dealing a heavy blow to their operations. Facing a crisis that threatened everything they had built, they knew they had to adapt quickly. Forced to go underground, they dismantled and relocated their operations to evade detection. An urgent meeting with their inner circle was called, where they re-evaluated their goals and vision. It was decided to temporarily halt all drug-related activities, shifting focus to maintaining their financial stability and gathering intelligence until further notice. Black Corp. saw this as more than a setback; it was an opportunity to refine their methods and strengthen their organization. Emphasizing loyalty and secrecy, they ensured every member understood their role in navigating the crisis. Determined to emerge stronger and more resilient, Black Crop began to rebuild in the shadows, laying the groundwork for an even more powerful and elusive drug empire.

MISSION

Black Crop's mission is to rebuild its drug manufacturing operations and restore its former influence. To achieve this, the organization will focus on reinventing their drug practices, regaining financial stability and gathering intelligence through their network of people around the city. Simultaneously, they aim to build a solid reputation and form strategic alliances with like-minded criminal organizations in Los Santos. By emphasizing loyalty, secrecy, and shared values, Black Crop seeks to strengthen its influence and create a more resilient, powerful drug empire in the Los Santos.

STRUCTURE

Black Crop does not have the usual hiarchy type of structure that most of the criminal organisations in Los Santos have. Instead the corporation has divisions or departments, just like a business would have, with dedicated members in charge of them. Every member is assigned a division that they represent until they have proven to have mastered the specific tasks tailored for that division.

TERRITORIES

Black Corp as of yet does not claim no territories as they are not territory bound organisation. Black Corp. operates wherever they have acquired a location/property like house, warehouse or other type of properties. When the time comes Black Crop will decide on more permanent territory location to claim.

SHORT TERM GOALS

-Increase Financial Stability
- Gain access to hard to get drug manufacturing ingredients
- Build the right size team with the right people for the tasks
- Purchase several object and safe houses

LONG TERM GOALS

- Gain respect from other organizations that share same views
- Become a reputable organisation in Los Santos with influence
- Gain reputation as one of the most organized organizations in the city
- Earn a say and influence in the city when it comes to setting examples and goals to all organisations

RULES AND VALUES

- We are not a gang, if asked which gang you’re from the answer is
- none! - We do not act alone, if you do, it has nothing to do with the corporation!
- You are allowed to live a normal life and have a normal job!
- Don’t talk about corporations business outside the organisation.
- We are not vultures we do not harm others if we don’t need to.

RECRUITMENT

Black Crop does not have a public recruitment and will only recruit people that are trusted, tested and necessary to the organisation. Every potential candidate will be in touch with any of the Black Crop members for some time and during this time will be tested. If the member will recommend, only then someone's candidacy will be considered.

NOTHING LASTS FOREVER

In Los Santos, crime was rampant, and drug trade thrived. The police, fuelled by public outcry, initiated Operation to dismantle the city's drug empire. Among their prime targets was the notorious biker gang - Lost MC. Undercover agents infiltrated the gang, gathering evidence and mapping out their operations. At dawn, raids swept across the city. The Lost MC clubhouse was stormed, revealing hidden stashes of drugs and cash. The leaders were arrested, and the gang's influence began to crumble.

One of the Black Corp. leaders was part of the police crackdown on Lost MC. His secret drug dealings with the gang were exposed through undercover operations. Arrested during a raid, he had damning evidence against him. Convicted swiftly, he was sentenced to prison for 9 years.

The remaining leaders of Black Corp. found themselves under intense investigation for drug dealings. Police scrutiny partially uncovered their ties to Lost MC, but concrete evidence remained elusive. Sensing the heat, the leaders decided to halt all illicit operations, fearing imminent capture. They shifted focus to their legal enterprises, maintaining a low profile while law enforcement's investigation continued. As detectives scoured for proof, Black Corp. operated in the shadows, cautiously waiting for the storm to pass. Despite the pressure, the lack of tangible evidence kept them free, biding their time until the spotlight on their criminal activities dimmed.

Black Corp. had amassed enough wealth to endure the crackdown. The leaders, confident, patiently awaited on the side. In the meantime, they focused on revamping their drug operations, devising new, more discreet methods. Their legitimate businesses thrived, providing cover and income. The organization remained resilient, quietly biding time, preparing reclaim control and reignite their refined and polished drug trade, stronger and more elusive than ever before.

A raising sun and a crisp morning air was creeping on everyones skins when suddenly a loud siren beep went off and the iron gates of the Bolingbroke Penitentiary shifted. In a distance you could see a siluette moving towards one of the Black Corp. associates who was waiting in the prisons parking lot.

It has been 9 long years since Davrlaso Vrriea has seen the outside of the prison walls and the stale confines of his prison cell. “Welcome back Boss!” he was greeted by the Black Corp. associate Raoid Oregat.

As they drove through the city, Raoid Oregat briefed the boss on the changes. New gangs had emerged, territories had shifted and old alliance had crumbled. The city’s underworld definitely changed since the last time Black Corp. was in active business.

At the safehouse they were met with the core team! Their faces mixed with relief and determination. The cheers and welcome back’s were shared and without wasting no time they gathered around the kitchen table and started to discuss the current state of affairs. Black Corp. might not have been actively involved in criminal operations, but they still kept ears open while refining and polishing the plan of return once Davrlaso Vrriea would be back.

“We rebuild from ground up!” he declared. “We did it once, we will do it again, it’s just matter of time!”

Plans were made, roles assigned. As the night fell, Black Corp. stood outside, looking over the city skyline, now ready for new possibilities once again. The imprisonment and teardown of the organisation all those years ago only sharpened organisations cunning. Black Corp. was back and ready to continue where it left off.

FAVOURABLE POSITION

Those who have been around the criminal world of Los Santos for a good amount of time knows very well how things work and that normally should give them a better chance to be successful, sadly that is not always the case.

For Black Corp. leadership the experience and knowledge accumulated, definitely gives them the advantage of approaching others from a favourable position. It is quite simple, yet hard for some, that any organisation should select a goal and focus on it by understanding the best ways how to get there faster with minimal amount of resources used.

It was time for the Black Corp. to start approach other organisations and offer mutually beneficial propositions. As the days went, the Black Corp. gathered the information about other groups in the city, their focuses and their interests to see which groups would be the primary interest for the Crop. After identifying a tier list of known participants it was analysed where Black Corp. could insert themselves as a beneficial ally.

First organisations were approached and with a specific proposition in mind Black Corp. went straight for it and managed to secure business relationships, at least for now, which could possible with time and continuous cooperation become something more than just mutually beneficial deals.

Slowly but steadily Black Corp. was bringing themselves back to a favourable position in the city to be able to fully focus on achieving their goals as an organisation that once lost this position...

EXTRA REQUESTS

After the initial meetings with the organisations that Black Corp. saw as either necessary parts for their prosperity or believed to share very similar or equal point of views on the whole criminal world aspect, would it be about the illegal dealings or other, more physical matters, some extra requests came in.

Black Corp. purely focuses on the Los Santos weed business and they make that very clear to anyone they deal with. Although in the past Black Corp. had their hands into heavy drugs and managed to supply organisations with quite large amounts of them, but after the crackdown and restructuring the organisation it was decided to leave the heavy drug business behind and focus only on a field that is overlooked in the city at the moment.

That being said, Black Corp. is still filled with handy people that are specialists in other fields as well and that is one of the reasons why they are representing Black Corp. as only the highly skilled individuals are part of the organisations and there is no place for failure.

To strengthen the freshly established bond, Black Corp. took the request for some extra goods into consideration while not giving promises as one of the Black Corp. values is “Don’t promise something you might not be able to fulfil!” A clear rejection is always better than a false promise.

During the next couple of weeks opportunities presented themselves and Black Corp. was able to acquire the requested extra goods and soon enough they had everything they needed to deliver.

Contradictory to most of the other organisations Black Corp. is not the same and crime is not a lifestyle for none of the members. Crime is part of the life they live, just because the activities that they do are set to be illegal activities. When there is time for business, there is time for business, but time to time there has to be place for pleasure as well.

Several Black Corp. members are closely connected to the Los Santos Drift scene, therefore one of the more common activities of Black Corp. members are the participation in Drift nights, that happen almost every week. Everyone pulls out their drift cars, change the tires and meet up for a fun night of squeaking tyres, burning rubber and most importantly amazing energy!

It would not be life with pleasures if Black Corp. members would not enjoy the night life of Los Santos. In the recent weeks several new locations have opened their doors and hosted events, must I say - themed events. Black Corp. members had to visit these events and see for themselves, which of the places are worth visiting again, considering that Black Corp. used to have shares in the hottest and most popular club in the city of Los Santos - Larss!

The first event that Black Corp. attended was an opening of a new club called Divide. The theme for that night was 80’s, so everyone from Black Corp. got their finest 80’s drip on and went to the club. Corp. members were one of the first ones in and the last ones out. Not many people were dancing, but after Black Corp. joined the dancefloor, the situation changed and more and more people joined as well. The DJ was great throughout the night and the club overall was well done!

The second event that Black Corp. attended was the “Von Crastenburg Hotel” Gala Night organised by people that Black Corp. been in contact with. Black Corp. has already been inside the hotel, but for a different reason and this time it was all about having a great time. The theme for this night was James Bond 007, therefore formal attire. Black Corp. called their personal tailor to individually have their suits tailored for them. The day came and so did the suit, and let’s just say that all members looked sharp as hell. Comparing to the Divide club opening event, this was way different due to the dress code and the music being played. Yet again Black Corp. stood out and famously started the Macarena dance train in during the night to which almost everyone joined in!

One of the last event that Black Corp. attended so far was in Plagues Tomb, the event called “Heaven vs Hell”. The theme was quite obvious - choose which side you going to represent. Didn’t have to ask twice, Black Corp. was on it! With the fun in mind, but also making sure that any lost soul is saved from the chains of Hell, Black Corp. brought the holy spirit of the lord and saviour to the party. No matter is Jesus white or black, Jesus was represented on the dance floor! With so many temptations around Black Corp. members, they stayed strong and faithful!

Business cannot be without pleasure and Black Corp. makes sure that both are in a good balance!

Lyrics:
[Verse 1]
Out there - underground labs rolling blunts
Ganja dealers, money fillin' the accounts
Clients line up, like ants in a park
Silent moves, feds still sitting in the dark
Cold nights, cruisin' for cash, never sleep
Fortunes born from the soil, secrets to keep
Brothers speak in codes, whispers sound deep
Dark lords of the leaf, reapers of the sweet

[Chorus]
Blowin' green smoke, we the Black Corp crew,
Hustlin’ this biz, true G’s, not new,
Stacks so high, like Burj Khalifa
In the weed game we don't need no Visa

Blowin' green smoke, we the Black Corp crew,
Hustlin’ this biz, true G’s, not new,
Stacks so high, like Burj Khalifa
In the weed game we don't need no Visa

[Verse 2]
Low-key operations, got the Feds outsmarted
High stakes gambits, like the devil we bargained
Strict rules, one false move and you disheartened
Empire of the green, from the streets we departed
We the kings of the green - nice to meet ya!
Got the buds so pure, like mother Teresa
Urban legends speak on our clandestine team
Smoke clouds rise up, 'bout to change the scene

[Chorus]
Blowin' green smoke, we the Black Corp crew,
Hustlin’ this biz, true G’s, not new,
Stacks so high, like Burj Khalifa
In the weed game we don't need no Visa

Blowin' green smoke, we the Black Corp crew,
Hustlin’ this biz, true G’s, not new,
Stacks so high, like Burj Khalifa
In the weed game we don't need no Visa

BIG BORTHER IS WATCHING

Black Corp. has been trialling different ways of obtaining marihuana, besides the usual means of gathering from the locations in Los Santos where it was grown naturally under the sky. One of the first methods, Black Corp. tried to grow their own. They set up a small inside growing lab to see what it would take and while the results were not bad, it would require a secluded and quite large location that Black Corp. did not have at this moment.

The main reason behind it was to be able to expand the business and do more than they were already doing. It wasn’t like Black Corp. was not happy with their business, it was just a natural development to any organisation. With some old connections from Novo Los Aztecas times, Black Corp. was able to receive a delivery of marihuana brick, but upon testing it was agreed between the members that the quality of the marihuana was lower due to all the packaging and shipping than what they were getting here on the spot therefore as far as smuggling weed into Los Santos goes, it was not going to happen.

All these trials were a good experiments of how and where the Black Crop. could develop themselves to be, but for now the organisation decided to stick with the way they’ve been operating.

The operations of Black Corp. was being overseen by one of the Black. Corp leaders, but he was not the only one that was overseeing Black Corp. operations. As he was just released from the prison after a long sentence, it seemed like LSPD did not just let him go and kept a surveillance on him and that became obvious when SUV with Black Corp. members were pulled over by LSPD.

What seemed to be a simple traffic stop soon turned out to be something way bigger and it was obvious. The the Black Corp. SUV was being pulled over, the officer started to ask questions about the vehicles content and would there be anything that he should no about it. Officer stood his ground to being suspicious due to one of the passengers doing something in the trunk of the vehicle in middle of the road. Black. Corp members told the officer that there is nothing of interest for the officer, but he did not feel satisfied and would not leave without making sure by himself. In matter of minutes more units showed up, including a K9 unit. It all felt too quick for everyone to arrive, it felt more like they were ready, on a standby around the corner, waiting for the call.

The driver and both passengers were instructed to leave the SUV and step away from it while the K9 unit would do the inspection of the vehicle. After a minute of the dogs sniffing the vehicle they started to bark around the trunk area of the SUV. Officers opened the trunk and let the dogs to jump in the back to find what they were barking about and in matter of seconds they were barking again at a small leather briefcase, placed in the back of SUV. Upon inspecting the briefcase the officers found around half a kilo of marihuana rolled into blunts with a street value of around $280k. All three individuals were handcuffed, but the driver took the hit fully on himself, informing the officers that the briefcase belongs to him and the other two were not aware of the contents of the briefcase, so only the driver and the owner of the SUV was imprisoned.

It was a signal to Black Corp. that while they are working in shadows, they are still being watched at any given time when they are not being careful. There is the saying that fits this situation very well and goes something like - “Don't get too comfortable, because that’s when you start making mistakes!”

OLD FRIENDS, NEW FRIENDS

When Black Corp. was just founded it had the same idea behind the organisation and who they want to be, but the operations themselves were bit wider than they are nowadays. Working with different organisations on different levels was what allowed Black Corp. to strive, but one particular relationship was the one that opened so many doors for growth and prosperity of Black Corp. and it was the relationship between no other than Black Corp. and Lost MC.

What started with just business relationship, quickly became a very, very close and trusted friendship like the ones that never break, but unfortunately they did break. Based on mutual respect and appreciation for each other Black Corp. and Lost MC worked tightly together. This close relationship might have been the reason why The Cartel did not see or recognize Black Corp. as an independent organization and never got the recognition from The Cartel that they deserved.

Now after the short collapse of the Lost MC due to the old leadership being locked up, the new leadership took over the chapter and with new management, the way how Lost MC run themselves changed as well.

After reviving Black Corp. it was an obvious move to get back in touch with Lost MC, based on the previous relationships, in hopes that it could be re-established to some extent. Initially it felt like all was going well, although it always seemed like Lost MC did not appreciate what we were doing and no one knew about the underlying dislike towards one of the leaders and therefore the organisation. The last drop in the cup was when the disliked leader privately spoke with an old pal where the dislike towards the new leadership ways were expressed. Unfortunately that was relayed to the leadership of Lost MC and with that any little friendship there was got lost.

On the positive side Black Corp. was not in the shadow of Lost MC and this time The Cartel actually saw and recognised the organisation and reached out to open the conversation and start a mutually beneficial relationship between both sides.

With the loss of an old friendship, a new one has just begun!

Although Black Corp. enjoyed their normal life away from the criminal activities, that did not mean that the constant planning and planning was not happening during those times. In order to strive in the criminal world you have to be able to think not just fast, but also creative. You could use that saying - “Think outside the box!” - and that’s what Black Corp. has been doing besides all the normal and straight forward business activities. They were still on the hunt to find a way how to increase their supply chain with more marihuana, but without success so far and the best option would be to create their own marihuana growing lab, but unfortunately it is not that easy of a task.

While all the Black Corp. brain wheels were turning, one of the “out of the box” ideas was already in motion and it involved the transportation of the secured marihuana from outside the city, inside, without alerting the keen eyes of SD, PD, other gangs and especially the PD’s gang unit.

Some of the Black Corp. members grew up around Sandy Shores and Grapeseed areas, so the farming community was not a stranger to them and they knew that farm owners have always struggled for extra financing to keep their farms running. Using this need, Black Corp, did some digging into the biggest farms in the area and their financial situations and one of the farms were in grim situation and without financial backing soon, it would most likely be seized by the bank.

While for the farm owner it was an unfortunate situation, for Black Corp it was an opportunity to be used. They approached the farm owner and offered him good amount of cash and continues flow of income as long as he was willing to help out the Corp.

As one of the biggest corn growers in the area it was common to see the farms green vans drive back and forth the highway bringing the corn bags to the processing factories and a van filled with corn bags did not raise no suspicions, especially if all the paperwork was legit.

As part of the deal the farm owner would not know anything, therefore his involvement would be almost none. The sad situation of his and the money offered were great bargaining factors and in the end he agreed with one condition, that we do not involve him and all the needs are communicated to his farm overseer. Everyone agreed to each others terms the work started.

During nights when all the farm workers were done with their jobs, Black Corp would come around, bring their packed product and bag them inside the corn bags that were loaded into the vans afterwards.

Several months went by without issues and everything was going in smoothly. Every delivery reached the designated point and no one suspected a thing. One of the usual nights when the Black Corp. high command was actually on the farm to check on the operations, the farm overseer approached them and spoke up.

“Don’t be alert, but there is someone who is interested in what you do...” and despite the words to not be alert, the Black Corp. high command was instantly alert. “What do you mean?” asked one of the high command. “Well, I work for someone else and let’s just say he has a farm of his own...different crops though...” this sentence from the farms overseer was intriguing, so Black Corp. had a little further talk during which where and when the meeting will happen was shared.

As to any meeting with any organisation or individual that could be beneficial to the Black Corp’s operations, Corp arrived at the destination at the agreed time being open minded and ready to listen to the offer how both sides could benefit as that has always been the main goal of Black Corp.

Upon arriving they were met with the same farm overseer who greeted the Black Corp. members. He had some mechanic type of clothing ready for everyone as the suits and clean clothes that Black Corp. came was not ideal to go around the farm. After changing into the supplied clothing the tour of the farm started.

It was a massive island with it’s own plane runway and hangars for the planes, guard towers and check points all around the island and a lot of warehouses and other type of buildings. It took around 1 hours to go around the island and at last the vehicles stopped at the fields. If before it was a guessing game were the different crops that were mentioned what Black Corp. thought they were, then finally there was no more questions as in front of the whole group were several large fields, all with freshly growing marihuana plants.

“Gentleman, this part is going to come as a surprise, but there is a reason why you were asked to change your clothes...” the farm overseer spoke “My boss, who would like to be referred as Mister X, needs to see do you understand what you dealing or are you just taking food off the plate.” surprised indeed and confusion the Black Corp. continued listening “You see, Mister X takes pride in what he has here and his product, so he need proof you have the same level of pride and knowledge that he has in what you do, before sitting down with your organisation.” One of the high commands spoke up “So how exactly he wants us to prove that?” the farm overseer made a little grin “I'm glad you asked! You will have to show can you harvest, process and deliver the product from scratch!” after what he pointed at the field in front of the group.

There was no question in Black Corp’s mind that whoever this Mister X was, he was what you would call a “real deal” and maybe this was exactly what they were looking for. With little to no hesitation one of the leaders of Black Corp. jumped out of the vehicle and shouted “Let’s go boys, let’s show why we are the best in this business!” to what everyone followed and went straight into the field starting checking the plants and picking up the ready ones.

Slowly, slowly the ready plants were carefully cut the main stems of each marihuana plant near the base. Gently they were placed into the crates provided and once they were full they were loaded into the vehicles, ready to be delivered to the next location which was in one of the buildings Black Corp. saw on the way to the fields.

Obviously the plants that were just cut were fresh and not ready to be processed. They had to be dried first. Everyone arrived at a warehouse looking building. Each with a crate full with freshly cut marihuana plants walked into the warehouse which was a drying house. You could understand what was meant by saying that Mister X took pride in his product. From outside nothing special, but inside was fit to create the perfect environment for drying.

All the plants were hanged upside down on the line with enough space in-between each other to allow airflow. The hygrometer showed perfect humidity levels of 49% which was important to prevent mould and mildew growth.

The farm overseer took everyone to a different building where there were plenty of already dry marihuana plants that were in need to be trimmed and cured. This was probably the part that most of the people would not be familiar with and fuck it up, therefore lose the quality of the buds., but Black Corp. been in the business for long enough to know it.

Using trimming scissors, carefully removing the large fan leaves and any excess from the dried marihuana buds and trimming away any remaining stems or leaves, creating a clean and manicured appearance. After trimming the buds they were weighted and placed in airtight containers and stored in special storage units that kept the light out and were cool enough to be able to get all the potential out of the product by making sure the buds are fully developed, resulting in the top quality weed.

If you could read people, then it was obvious that the farm overseer was quite impress with the knowledge of the product and how to prepare it. By the time it was finished, the sun was already setting. The farm overseer asked everyone to get in the vehicles an follow him. He took Black Corp. to yet another location, another warehouse looking building. This was an actual warehouse with ready product, packed in bricks, waiting to be shipped to the main land or wherever it was meant to go.

“Gentleman, you have showed an impressive knowledge of the product and I will make sure I tell Mister X all about how you did today.” once he finished the sentence, one of the leaders of Black Corp. asked “So what are you saying? We not going to meet this Mister X today?” to what the farm overseer chuckled and said “Oh, no, not today, because there is one more thing you have to show Mister X.” to what the same Black Corp. leader asked “And what do we still have to prove?” “Well, you have to prove that you can also take care of logistics, delivering the product!” to what the Black Corp. leader lost a little bit of cool and raised his voice “Was all this a joke? You used all of us for your benefit as mules today?” with no change in his mannerism the farm overseer replied “Of course not. Haven’t you understood? Mister X was also proving himself to you, allowing you to see the whole process from start to the beginning, showing your organisation the operations that he has going here, before talking business with you.”
At that moment the Black Corp. leader and rest of the guys felt a little bit silly, because they never realised all that from this kind of perspective and it all made sense. “So if you don't mind for the last task, load the crates with the weed bricks and deliver them to main land. Once you will land, we will give you a location where to bring the crates.” after what all the crates were slowly loaded up and taken to the boats.

Once the crates were loaded into the boats the Black Corp. left and headed back to the mainland Los Santos to await further instructions. Due to the whole day being a one big test to prove themselves, on the way back the feeling that there could be another test that they were not informed about, could be in motion. There was a suspicion that coast guard could intercept them and arrest which would show the Mister X how reliable is Black Corp. Would Black Corp. snitch to save their asses or would they stay quiet.

Luckily there was no coast guard and upon arriving at the shores of Los Santos there was no PD waiting for them either. A quick text message was sent to inform that they were back in the city.
In couple of minutes they received a message where to bring the crates. All the crates were loaded into the SUV’s and taken to the location which was a parked away tugboat, ready to leave the shores of Los Santos with the product. Where? Nobody knew...

By the time everything was done, it was already an early morning, but Black Corp. was not tired, they were excited, because from what they witnessed, there was a bright future heading their way if they will not somehow fuck it up. The main thing now was to meet this Mister X.

In the shadows of the Los Santos busy streets and skylines, legal and illegal business often dances on a fine line. Among the countless illicit enterprises operating under the radar, Black Corp. is one of the best organised ones. Known to few for it’s vast weed operations, the group has been able to adapt to law enforcement crackdowns by diversifying its ventures. Unfortunately the pressure from rival groups and the police gang units, the Black Corp devised a bold, audacious plan to launder its dirty money - a plan that would change the operations of Black Corp.

When it came to the amounts of money that Black Corp. had to launder it as clear an simple - Real Estate. It was the perfect front for the organisation, because new developments were sprouting up like weeds and the demand for luxury houses showed no sign of slowing down in demand. It as the ideal  way to transform millions of untraceable cash into clean, legitimate profit. Black Corp. saw this as more than just an opportunity. It was a strategy to secure power, influence and foot-holding the city’s elite circles.

Black Corp convened a meeting in the private Vice Lords GC’s lounge, a high end gentleman's club owned by the organisation. Around the small coffee table with ash trays on it, smoking cigars, sat the key members of organisation.

“The game is always changing,” said one of the Black Corp. leaders in a smooth but commanding voice. “We can’t just on moving or product anymore. We need something solid, something permanent and I have a proposition.”

He looked around at everyone sitting in front of him as he pulled up a tablet. “I’ve been researching. Construction and property development are perfect for layering and integrating our funds in. We set up shell companies, invest in land and build high-end properties. By the time we sell, the money is clean.”

One of the members frowned. “And what about them dogs? That fucker Steele will smell something with his K9 senses...”

“Not if we paly smart. We partner with legitimate firms, grease the right palms, and stay one step ahead.” said the leader.

One of the other members nodded. “Exactly, we are not just buying property, we are buying legitimacy.”

Over the next few month Black Corp made up a plan and set it into motion. A shell construction company was established, completed with a glossy website, slick logo and a portfolio with ambitious projects. They hired architects, engineers and contractors.  Some unfamiliar with their employer’s true nature, others fully aware and handsomely compensated for their silence.

The first project was a high-end mansion in Rockford Hills. Black Corp managed to acquire a small size of land that was just enough for another mansion right next to the others. Black Corp made sure that the marketing was top-notch for the project, attracting interest from wealthy buyers across the city.

Corp. worked tirelessly to move the organisations cash through labyrinth of shell companies and offshore account. Every dollar invested in the project was scrubbed clean by the time it surfaced in the project’s official ledgers. After couple of months the project was in a full swing and the base for the mansion was already set and it was time to check the progress.

Upon the inspection of the project Black Corp. representative went through the plans and the progress report given by the project manager on the site. Everything was going smooth so far and there were no hiccups with the construction.

Project manager did inform that with the upcoming winter the progress will slow down due to the snow. While the organisation was advised by the project manager about the deadlines and the fact that the start of construction was too late for them to finish the base, frame and the outside before the winter hits, Black Corp. did not want to wait any longer and still decided to go with the construction, instead of waiting.

The representative met with some of the builders and their morale and motivation was in high spirits, after all they were being compensated well.

While the first project was going well and the inspection proved it, one project was not enough to push through the money that Black Corp. was making, so they already had the second project in works.

A great opportunity showed up, right what Black Corp. needed and was looking for. You see, not always things go as planned and for someone this was the case. A similar project to the Black Corp’s first one was in works by a investor, but due to unexpected circumstances the project had to be stopped and was unoccupied for more than a year until it popped up on the market.

Black Corp. already knew about the project and was eyeballing it for a while, therefore as soon as the opportunity struck, without hesitation, they acquired the project. This project had the same faith as the first one due to winter as it had to be properly inspected before any construction jobs would continue or start. But still a general inspection of the newly acquired project was made just to see the legitimate future of Black Corp.

Once the snowball was rolling there was no stopping and all that was required from the Black Corp was to not make mistakes, go slowly but steadily by not doing too much at once.

With two projects already in motion, Black Corp already were in the process of negotiations of another two possible projects with both of them being twice as big as the current ones.
