Ability to Remove Rotors from Maverick Helicopter

Issue/bug you are reporting: You are able to remove the rotors from the Maverick helicopter, through the Modview at mechanic shops.

Expected behavior:  You should  not be able to remove the rotors.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: 

 

Go into the /modview, ---> Under the Mods tab ---> Go to Extra Components ---> Disable to components.

To add to this, this is with all helicopters and spamming on/off in these will spawn multiple props of the removed part for other players.

To add to this, entering /modview in the helicopter turns the helicopter on without hitting the “ up arrow key “ to turn it on.
