So, everyone will have seen the cinema got added and as always, the premise is great but there are a few things that for me, would turn it from a good addition to a great one.

Cinema Rental (Skip Block)

You would be able to take temporary ownership of the cinema controls, by renting out the cinema for $x and for y amount of minutes.
During this period, only you and staff could add videos to the queue or skip videos.

Why? Well, because if you want to do something like play a show or a specific video, like for an event, it's quite wrong that people could effectively just go to a different video. If you are watching something that is multiple minutes as well, you'd have to start all over again.

Long term, I don't see this being used if it's just people going in there spamming clips. It's long term, probably more for events, so setting it up gets some money out of the economy and ensures things go as they should.

The renter could choose to relinquish their ownership at any time or add people, like with the temporary vehicle keys.

Of course, staff could override these permissions if something that isn't supposed to be on there is played.

Cut out the Spam Text

I feel like unless you are queuing or skipping a video or you are on admin duty, you don't need to be getting the messages about skips and what not. In an environment where text RP would be useful over voice given you are watching and listening to something, you wanna keep the chat box somewhat clear.

VIP Queue Preference and Other Sites

Something to consider for when the cinema is in public use, VIP donators' choices go to the front of the queue.

Additionally, allow donators to use some other streaming sites like Twitch, Kick, Vimeo and Dailymotion for example. This allows greater freedom in what can be played.

Popcorn Purchase

You would be able to buy popcorn and soda from an NPC at the desk, which would function like soda and chocolate. I've got the props for it, just needs the script support.
