Issue/bug you are reporting: Phone battery does not go down at all. I have had my phone on and at 0 for about a week with no change.

Expected behavior:  Once hitting 0, phone should turn off.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Run phone down to Zero and just watch as it doesn't shut off for days.
