Issue/bug you are reporting: Whenever you split in blackjack and get 21 on one hand, it will completely skip over the other hand, preventing you from hitting the other hand, even if you do not have 21. Sometimes you are completely unable to hit or stand your hand, causing you to automatically lose your hand.

Expected behavior:  To be able to hit the other hand.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Split a hand and get 21 on one hand.
