Han Posted May 6, 2024 Report Posted May 6, 2024 Hi there, I'd like to draw attention to the current shortage of available houses for purchase in our community. It's come to my notice that many houses have been acquired over the past six years, leaving a limited selection for new or active players. I propose a system where houses owned by inactive players for 1-2+ years are put up for sale to benefit those who are active or new to the community. This way, the housing market remains dynamic and accessible. Additionally, establishing an official real estate or estate agent service could streamline property transactions. Each area could have designated agents responsible for listing all properties, including those owned by both active and inactive players. This approach would simplify the process, eliminating the need for random inquiries or negotiations on forums, which often lead to unprofessional interactions and delays. Expanding this concept to include businesses and warehouses could further enhance community engagement and economic activity. Thank you for considering this proposal. (ignore and send me a link if this sort of question has been raised of on a different thread) Best regards, 1 Quote

Quietthecutie Posted May 6, 2024 Report Posted May 6, 2024 "housing market crashes" do happen, where a bunch of inactive players lose their properties. typically once a year you see more green houses on the map than a 12 hour monopoly game. Quote
