Weed Effect Causing Insane Reduced Incoming Damage?

Issue/bug you are reporting: Weird Reduced Damage while under weed effect

Expected behavior:  There is something weird going on with weed effect, and would like yall to do some testing. In the 2 POV's below you can see me shooting someone 3 times straight on them, with a pump mk2, doing literally .50 damage, I even texted him afterwards asking how he didn't die, and he said i only hit him once, which i find weird,  Him saying i hit him once proves that there is sometihng weird going on with the effect, and should be carefully looked into...

(ALSO) LOOK AT THE DAMAGE THAT I AM TAKING IN THE FIRST CLIP, I LITERALLY INSTA DIE WITH NO WEED EFFECT

looks like you've just shot his gun with most of your pellets, guns just tank bullets im pretty sure

It depends on how many shotgun pellets hit the player and what body parts they hit (head more damage, limbs less damage, etc.). It's a bit unpredictable due to different shotguns having 6-12 (in your case probably 8 pellets) that spread randomly and not all may hit the intended target. You died fast, because two players with shotguns fired at you and at the time you were already at a closer range which made the shotguns more lethal.
