Stop the " Whistle " Anim from repeating itself

It seems that recently, /anim whistle has changed so you type the anim once, and it will just repeat the whistle endlessly. Could this possibly be changed so it just does the whistle once then stops, just like before?

It gets fairly annoying, specifically at DOC inmates tend to enjoy whistling for hours on end due to be locked up in a cell

If I remember correctly /anim taxi is the single-use version of this whistle. Imo just replace the whistle one with that so they both do the same thing
