TheCactus Posted November 13, 2023 Report Posted November 13, 2023 Hello, my suggestion in quite simple (to understand at least). Helicopters sure do make noise when you are close to them but once you go over 700ish feet they become very hard to hear and you have to pay extra attention just to know if there is a helicopter anywhere near you. This suggestion came into mind as many helicopters were going over my house irl and they were so loud, I could not continue my conversation normally. I am not saying they should be loud to the point you can't hear anything else but let's say AIR-1 is above, you wouldn't be able to hear it if you had the engine on or someone is speaking, which is the point I am trying to make. Melody Frey Posted November 13, 2023 Report Posted November 13, 2023 I'm actually all for this but only if we can fix the rendering distance issue with helicopters. Helicopters can fly above the render distance and still see you which provides a massive advantage, plus for some reason we cant look straight upwards into the sky to see what is above you due to GTA mechanics. If we could get those two things fixed, I 100% agree that this should be implemented. Until then I think it would just cause further balancing issues and cause more complaints. 2 Quote

If you go to first person you can almost see 90 degrees up. Not FULLY but close. It's how I see that they are above me. Quote
