Puzzling Posted November 3, 2023 Report Posted November 3, 2023 Is there a way we can be told the exact car despawn timer for vehicles that are owned by players who logged out? I hear 2 hours, I hear 4 hours. I just want a concrete number or way the timer resets. Does getting in the vehicle and getting out right away reset the timer for the amount of time? Is there a reason this is still in the game now that chopping is more prevalent? Shouldn't it be up to the players to park the cars they own instead of leaving them out on the street, I doubt it has that much of a performance issue, im sure most people park.
Spizor Posted November 12, 2023 Report Posted November 12, 2023 Below was the last changelog regarding player owned vehicle despawns. This was posted on the 30th of January, 2021. [Vehicles] Increased the time needed to despawn a player owned vehicle from 2 hours to 8 hours.
