Reduce the damage of unarmed melee attacks

As the title states I believe that melee attacks from unarmed individuals are way too powerful as they currently stand, up to the point of them doing more damage than the majority of firearms, for a example it takes 4-5 melee attacks to injure someone on full health whereas it takes 7-8 pistol mk2 round to do the same damage which is very unrealistic. In my opinion the damage of attacks like this should be halved to the point where it takes 8-10 melee attacks to injure someone who is on full health. This is even more necessary with the GTA melee combat system being so buggy.

Oh didn't realize it was already a discussion, thanks.

This just further confuses me on why it hasn't been implemented since it has been suggested multiple times with only a positive response
