Issue/bug you are reporting: poker glitch, as you know, in poker, once you both have straight, you should split the pot as your kicker does not matter, but due we have this glitched system it worked as a high pair, at this point, I should have gotten 302.000$ while following party refused to resolve the issue oocly, I have decided to report this bug and request refund afterward.

Expected behavior:  resolve this problem and refund the funds that I have lost via the bug

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicatehttps://streamable.com/9tbisb (could only upload 30-sec video on streamable, if needed can provide 2.30 min video too)

I feel as if the fact I had a higher second card (I had a 4 he had a 2) should mean that I would have won the hand. I would have won regardless if the hand was just a pair of K's. Additionally, the reason I "refused to resolve it oocly" is as per the rules state that we should not pause RP and if he feels a bug/rule break has happened then he should report it on the forums.

I need to also mention that, the main-part of resolving this issue oocly was the followings:
1. it was a bug(poker system glitch that every single skilled poker player in the server knows) and it had nothing to do with rp scenario,
2. the time, as it usually takes a lot of time in the forums first it needs to be approved here, then it needs to be posted in the refund section

3. another party could have easily lost the funds during the reporting time, but since at the current time the other party is informed, that won't happen,

at the end of the day, I am okay with waiting as I am sure what I report and where I am right.

just in case to clear confusion, kicker only works on pairs, it does not matter on straight or flush, in fact, it only counts if it helps your straight/flush to become higher by the 2nd card being involved in straight or flush, for example:
if the table had 10, Jack, queen
guy N1. having ace and king

guy N2, having king and nine, in this case, will only count as a 2nd card, higher kicker and the guy N1 will win. here are the official Google results once you will search the following topic ''Does Kicker on Straight Work in Poker?'' ( https://prnt.sc/53XWD0xZJnbL )
