Not only due I see tons of abuse possible with this, but this would be absolutely terrible for Eclipse.

Roleplay comes first of course but you have to keep in mind people spend literal years building up their characters assets/wealth in order to achieve their dreams such as owning businesses/dealerships, fancy cars and houses. You can't expect anyone to commit that kind of time and effort throughout years and years when a couple weeks of RP leading to your death winds up getting you CK'd and losing everything. As others mentioned the risks people are willing to take in terms criminal RP would take a nosedive and so many other terrible consequences.
