Brixton Posted January 21, 2019 Report Posted January 21, 2019 The house was not worth 200k, at all. Its a decent location as I do not have to travel far from work to the house. Decent interior, and as I said great location. Honestly, It is mostly just to RP having a home, an address, and a place to store my vehicles other than paying 500 each day to park multiple times. It adds up. I bought the house.
